## Reviewer description

This package provides research skills and references for U.S. veteran and
military benefits. It uses the host's available web and file tools. It adds no
MCP server, connected app, authentication, credential collection, or external
write capability. Official websites are research sources, not account integrations.
It is independent educational assistance and does not guarantee benefit outcomes.

## Publisher-controlled fields

If the submission interface requires a public privacy-policy URL, terms URL,
support contact, or verified publisher details, supply the real publisher-owned
values. The manifest intentionally omits unknown URLs and contact information.
PRIVACY.md describes this package; SECURITY.md is not a terms-of-service policy.
Do not substitute another company's policy or the donation page for these fields.

The existing Proprietary label does not itself provide complete distribution
terms. Supply publisher-approved terms if the platform requires them.

## Validation and upload

Use the standalone plugin ZIP. No separate marketplace catalog is required
