# Final Owner Checklist Before Submission

The following items require the account owner/publisher and cannot be completed by an assistant without access to the publisher's OpenAI Platform account:

- Confirm the OpenAI Platform organization that will own the plugin.
- Ensure the submitting account has Apps Management write access.
- Complete individual or business identity verification in that organization.
- Provide the public website URL.
- Provide the public support URL.
- Provide the public privacy policy URL.
- Provide the public terms URL.
- Choose target countries/regions.
- Review and accept any submission declarations or attestations shown by the portal.
- Submit the draft for OpenAI review.
- After approval, choose when to publish it.
