# Publisher TODOs Before Marketplace Submission

The generated package is technically structured. These publisher-controlled items still require your action:

1. Verified individual or company developer identity in the OpenAI organization/project used for submission.
2. Desired country/region availability.
3. Original marketplace logo if required by or desired in the live submission form.
4. Optional public HTTPS website, support, privacy-policy, and terms URLs. Current skills-only ZIP rules make these URLs optional, but they become required for remote MCP submissions.
5. Final legal/compliance review of the public finance-related listing language for the publisher's jurisdiction and business model.
6. Final live review of the submission portal in case limits or required fields change after this package version.
