# Fictional assignment: bicycle collection service
The owner of Ciclo Arco wants to decide whether to trial bicycle collection and return for repairs. Compare a small appointment-based pilot with launching a daily service immediately. Audience: the owner. Requested output: a short memo with a recommendation, reasons, limitations and next step.
