Follow this structure. Keep the section order. Where a table or section has no data, write "Not available" rather than dropping it. Add inline citations `[1]`, `[2]` immediately after claims, hyperlinked to the document URL.

# Report Template — Post-IPO Day 1 Reaction Note

Seven sections. Target 4–7 pages. Analyst prose; tables for data-dense content, not bullet walls. No recommendation, price target, or conviction rating.

## 1. Executive Summary (~½ page)

Debut snapshot table:

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Issuer / Ticker / Exchange | |
| Offer price (vs range) | |
| Opening print / first-day close | |
| First-day return | |
| Day-1 volume / turnover vs shares offered | |
| Implied market cap & EV at close | |
| Free float (% of shares out) | |

Then 3–4 key takeaways: where it priced, how day 1 traded, and the dominant driver (demand vs float vs stabilization). No view.

## 2. Deal Recap (~½ page)

Final terms: offer price and range, shares offered (primary/secondary), greenshoe, total raised, lead underwriters, listing date, use of proceeds in one line. Note where in the range it priced and what that signaled about book demand.

## 3. Day 1 Price Action (~1 page)

Opening print, intraday high/low/range, close, total volume and turnover. First-day return = (close − offer) / offer. Any disclosed underwriter stabilization / greenshoe exercise and whether the stock held above offer. Table of the key day-1 prints.

## 4. Demand & Float Mechanics (~½–1 page)

Free float as % of shares outstanding and how small float may amplify the move; retail vs institutional demand signals; oversubscription/anchor commentary. State whether the move looks demand-driven or float-driven.

## 5. Valuation Reset (~1 page)

Table: EV/Sales (and EV/EBITDA or P/E if profitable) at offer vs first-day close vs 3–6 listed peers. Premium/discount to peers and what would justify it. State where it screens rich or cheap — do NOT give a fair-value target.

## 6. Sentiment & Coverage (~½ page)

Bigdata.com sentiment and media reaction over day 1. Note the underwriter quiet period — no sell-side ratings yet; say so rather than implying consensus.

## 7. Post-IPO Timeline & Watch Points (~½ page)

Dated watch points: quiet-period end / first analyst initiations (~day 25), potential NASDAQ-100 fast-track inclusion (~day 15), first earnings, 180-day and 366-day lock-up expiries. Brief bull/bear read of the setup into these dates.

## Style rules

- Inline citations [1], [2] immediately after claims, hyperlinked to the document URL.
- Every number must trace to a source or a shown calculation; "not disclosed" where data is missing.
- Neutral analyst tone. Banned: "we recommend", "attractive entry point", "buy the pop", "avoid", any conviction rating.
- Tables for data, prose for analysis. No section may be a bare bullet list.
