# Fictional Granola Meeting-Note Samples

These hand-authored fictional discovery notes are illustrative source fixtures. No Granola workspace, meeting transcript, or recording was accessed.

## Northstar Health — Expansion Discovery

- Call title: Northstar Health Expansion & Security Review.
- Call date: {{two_business_days_ago}}; resolve from the user's current local date.
- Jordan Lee wants a broader deployment across care coordination, administrative services, and internal operational knowledge.
- The fictional pilot already covers approximately 1,200 employees; the proposed next phase would reach approximately 4,500.
- The original engagement, repeat-usage, and deployment-milestone goals were described as mostly met across the existing 1,200-user pilot.
- Jordan Lee and Casey Patel said customer-reported uptime feedback remains unresolved and must be clarified before anyone recommends a broader rollout; no uptime percentage, outage count, incident, root cause, or SLA breach was established.
- Casey also identified administrator audit logging, deployment visibility, and configurable retention as supporting review topics.
- Priya Shah offered to join the decision meeting for a reviewed pilot-readiness and customer-feedback discussion.
- The group did not approve an expansion, uptime guarantee, specific retention period, implementation date, discount, compliance certification, or quantified return-on-investment claim.
- Follow-up meeting goal: validate the original pilot-success criteria and customer uptime feedback before deciding whether the 4,500-person rollout can progress.
- Transcript-confirmed customer commitment: Casey Patel and Jordan Lee will review the pilot scorecard and customer uptime concern before the deployment decision; rollout and final security approval were not granted.
- Transcript-confirmed seller commitment: Riley Morgan will provide the existing pilot-readiness presentation and coordinate Priya Shah's review by {{next_thursday}}.
- The full fictional transcript, original meeting goals, before-and-after Salesforce proposal, and unchanged commercial fields are recorded in `../northstar-followup-meeting.md`.

## Northstar Health — Completed Security Working Session

- Call title: Northstar Health Expansion & Security Working Session.
- Completed call date: {{previous_business_day}}; resolve from the user's current local date.
- Initial goals: confirm the existing 1,200-user pilot's engagement, repeat-usage, and deployment goals; clarify customer uptime feedback; review supporting controls questions; and agree on the next customer decision.
- Attendees: Jordan Lee, Casey Patel, Priya Shah, and Riley Morgan.
- Jordan Lee said the original pilot goals are mostly met but the customer uptime feedback must be understood before a broader rollout can be approved; the customer has not signed or approved a deployment date.
- Casey Patel asked for clarification of the reported uptime concern and supporting administrator-audit/retention details; no outage count, uptime percentage, SLA breach, or technical root cause was established.
- Priya Shah committed to review the existing pilot-readiness presentation and support validation of the customer-reported concern before the customer decision.
- Riley Morgan committed to send the pilot scorecard and coordinate Priya's review with Jordan Lee and Casey Patel before Thursday.
- No speaker approved an expansion, specific uptime level, SLA, retention period, changed opportunity amount, closed-won stage, contractual concession, certification, or guaranteed implementation date.
- The fuller fictional transcript and initial goals are recorded in `../northstar-followup-meeting.md`.

## Atlas Manufacturing — Plant Rollout Planning

- Call title: Atlas Manufacturing Three-Plant Expansion and Workflow Performance Review.
- Call date: {{two_business_days_ago}}; resolve from the user's current local date.
- Attendees: Morgan Ellis, Chief Digital Officer; Taylor Reed, Director of Enterprise Applications; Riley Morgan, account owner; Priya Shah, solutions architect.
- The engineering-documentation pilot created interest in expanding across additional plants.
- Morgan Ellis prefers a phased rollout beginning with three named facility groups in the account plan.
- Taylor Reed wants a clear implementation ownership model before the investment committee reviews the proposal.
- Taylor Reed reported that governed-workflow response on the plant network did not meet the operational responsiveness required for plant teams during the preview. No customer-approved numerical latency threshold, performance benchmark, service-level agreement, or production result was supplied.
- Morgan Ellis asked for a credible remediation path before the investment committee evaluates the $680,000 expansion; this request is not a purchase approval.
- Priya Shah proposed a reviewed on-site technical diagnostic with performance-engineering specialist Devon Brooks to inspect plant-network conditions and workflow execution. Customer acceptance, travel, staffing, date, remediation outcome, and any services fee remain unconfirmed.
- Source-grounded leadership intervention: regional manager Sam Rivera should coordinate Priya and Devon, request an approved technical session with Taylor, and avoid promising a performance SLA or fix.

## Solstice Financial — Advisor Operations Pilot

- Call title: Solstice Financial Advisor Operations and Delegated Approval Review.
- Call date: {{previous_business_day}}; resolve from the user's current local date.
- Attendees: Dana Kim, Senior Vice President of Advisor Operations; Reese Bennett, Director of Technology Risk; Riley Morgan, account owner.
- Dana Kim reported positive qualitative feedback from advisor-operations users.
- Reese Bennett requested an explanation of role-based access for different advisor and operations groups.
- Reese Bennett said the customer must understand whether delegated administrators can approve role-based workflow access before Friday's buyer review. Existing role-based deployment controls are documented; the requested delegated approval workflow and any future release timing are not confirmed.
- Dana Kim requested a product-informed explanation of supported present-day capabilities and interim alternatives; she did not approve the $310,000 conversion, accept a workaround, or agree to wait for a release.
- Source-grounded leadership intervention: invite governance product manager Leila Chen to the buyer call with Dana and Reese to verify supported functionality, explain any approved workaround, and share only a reviewed roadmap posture. Do not promise availability, a release date, or a product commitment.
- No numerical productivity claim has been approved for customer-facing use.

## Harbor Technologies — Technical Discovery

- Quinn Foster described a strong engineering knowledge-search and internal-support use case.
- Former sponsor Elena Torres moved into another role.
- The replacement executive decision-maker was not identified during the meeting.
- Engineering enthusiasm should not be presented as executive purchasing approval.
- Quinn also asked about audit visibility, configurable retention, and role-based access, making last week's documented governance launch relevant for a review-only follow-up to this existing contact.

## Juniper Bio — Architecture Review

- Harper Wells wants approved research-operations content sources clearly scoped.
- Rowan Scott is gathering architecture and governance questions.
- The account does not yet have a booked executive buying decision.
