# TransferOwnershipRequest

Names the principal that will become the resource owner.

`Goodmem.Client.Models.TransferOwnershipRequest`

- `NewOwnerId` (`string`, required): Existing principal UUID that will become the new owner. JSON: `newOwnerId`.
