# Cold Email

Cold Email prepares concise B2B outbound drafts and follow-up sequences that connect a real recipient or persona signal to a relevant business value proposition.

## What it delivers

- an initial email and two to four follow-ups, each with a distinct reason to engage;
- subject-line alternatives and one low-friction call to action per message;
- an evidence map separating known facts, inferences, placeholders and unknowns;
- recipient-view review notes focused on relevance, credibility and friction;
- unresolved proof, strategy or compliance checks that must be settled before use.

When the recipient, situation, value, proof and ask are already available, the Skill drafts directly without purchasing more research. Optional public-company research is narrowly scoped, quoted first and executed only when the user's explicit authorization covers the exact price and risk.

## Example requests

> Draft a first email and three follow-ups to the VP of Operations at Northstar. Use the hiring announcement and case-study proof below, and do not do any external research.

> Review this sequence from the recipient's perspective. Flag unsupported personalization, weak proof and repeated follow-ups before rewriting it.

> We know the company and role but not whether this launch is current. Show me the research scope and quote before using outside data, then leave an unresolved placeholder if I do not approve it.

## Boundaries

Use `prospecting` to discover or qualify targets, `customer-research` to discover customer needs and language, `copywriting` for broader marketing copy, and `emails` for warm, lifecycle, newsletter, inbox or delivery workflows.

The Skill uses public business context only. It does not obtain private contact details, infer sensitive traits, fabricate relationships or proof, evade opt-outs, write CRM records, create delivery tasks, enroll contacts or send messages. Every output is a draft for review; nothing is sent or scheduled.
