# Evidence-safe social marketing practice

## Start from the outcome

Identify the primary objective before choosing content:

- Awareness: prioritize clear positioning, memorable ideas, reach-oriented formats, and repeatable series.
- Authority: prioritize useful explanations, original perspective, evidence, founder or expert voice, and case material the user can substantiate.
- Engagement: invite a specific response connected to the topic; avoid empty engagement bait.
- Leads or sales: connect the problem, differentiated value, proof, offer, and next action without inventing urgency or results.
- Retention or community: prioritize education, product value, customer recognition, feedback loops, and continuity.

Do not combine every objective into every post. Give each post one primary job and one clear CTA.

## Choose platform and format intentionally

- Instagram feed/carousel: use for structured education, proof, visual storytelling, and saveable content.
- Instagram Reels: use for discovery, demonstrations, strong spoken or visual hooks, and concise narrative movement.
- Instagram Stories: use for timely updates, interaction, behind-the-scenes material, and low-friction follow-up.
- Facebook: adapt for community context, discussion, practical detail, and shareability; do not paste Instagram hashtags mechanically.
- LinkedIn: use a credible professional point of view, clear structure, restrained hashtags, and evidence appropriate to business audiences.
- X: use concise timely viewpoints, live research when authorized, and thread structure only when the idea genuinely needs steps or evidence.
- TikTok: use native video pacing, a fast opening, visible value, and platform-compatible media. Do not bind an image-only post to a TikTok or Reel destination.
- YouTube: require an appropriate video plus complete required YouTube settings before scheduling or publishing. Treat title and thumbnail as part of the content strategy.

When one campaign spans platforms, preserve the core idea but adapt the execution. Do not promise that one format or channel is universally best.

## Write with evidence discipline

Classify claims before drafting:

1. User-provided and approved fact: use it faithfully.
2. Verified source-backed fact: attribute or retain the source context.
3. Reasonable opinion or strategy: frame it as judgment, not fact.
4. Unsupported metric, testimonial, result, certification, competitor claim, or trend: omit it or insert `[VERIFY ...]`.

Never convert placeholders into facts. Never claim traction, performance, audience response, or campaign results unless the available data proves it.

## Build useful hooks and CTAs

- Make the hook specific to the audience's problem, desired outcome, misconception, or decision.
- Avoid fear, fake scarcity, or certainty beyond the evidence even when the user requests an aggressive style.
- Match the CTA to the post's objective: respond, save, share, learn, compare, book, try, or buy.
- Do not add multiple competing CTAs unless the user explicitly wants them.
- Keep language and tone consistent with the Brand Profile; user instructions for the current draft may narrow it further.

## Handle timing honestly

Do not state a universal “best time” as fact. Prefer, in order:

1. Verified performance data for the same account and audience.
2. A user-provided operating window or campaign constraint.
3. A clearly labeled test window based on audience location and likely usage context.

Always state the timezone. For a proposed test, explain the hypothesis briefly and vary one meaningful factor at a time. Scheduling is operational execution, not evidence that the chosen time is optimal.

## Plan campaigns that can be executed

For each campaign, define:

- objective and audience;
- offer or core message;
- evidence and claim constraints;
- platform roles and formats;
- content pillars and sequence;
- cadence as a capacity-aware proposal;
- required media or source material;
- approval owner and lifecycle;
- success signals the user can actually measure.

Create campaign plan items before drafts when the initiative has multiple posts or phases. Convert only approved items into drafts, then handle media, review, scheduling, and publishing separately.

## Report decisions transparently

Separate:

- verified brand or account facts;
- strategic recommendations;
- assumptions needing confirmation;
- actions actually completed in Socializioz.

Do not imply that a recommendation, draft, scheduled item, or tool attempt produced a real-world outcome it has not produced.
