# Question → Imagination → Resolution / 반응 유도형 (질문 → 상상 → 정리) - English name: Question → Imagination → Resolution - Korean name: 반응 유도형 (질문 → 상상 → 정리) - Selection category: creative - Use when: Use when a speculative question or what-if scenario can open the reader's imagination. - Avoid when: Avoid when the topic requires strict factual reporting. ## Writing Pattern **Use the following three-step flow** 1. Pose a question 2. Expand with imagination or a scenario 3. Writer’s synthesis and core message **Each major section should include** - Section heading - Core paragraph purpose (1–2 sentences) - Core paragraph purposes should guide the reader’s thinking and connect imagination and interpretation smoothly. ## Example Writing Outline 1. **What If This Happened to You?**: If you had to wait over 20 minutes to reach support, how would you feel? 2. **Picture This**: Frustration, distrust, and churn—customers won’t wait. 3. **What We Changed**: We introduced a chatbot and cut response time by 90%. Customers don’t have to wait anymore. ## Writing Notes - The question should evoke empathy and relevance—use realistic situations and emotions. - The imagination stage should provide a concrete scenario to deepen immersion. - In the final synthesis, resolve the raised issue or propose a new direction with a clear message. - Because this structure blends storytelling and message reinforcement, the flow and emotional arc matter greatly.
