The evolution: from "embrace your flaw" (personal) to "keep the world flawed" (collective, political). A world of perfected surfaces, algorithmic smoothing, and filter culture needs an argument for preserving imperfection at civilisational scale. ## Mechanic A campaign extending the "Go With the Flaw" platform from individual identity to a collective stance: imperfection is not just a personal liberation but a cultural necessity. The flaw-as-resistance applied to the world, not just the self. ## Why it worked P03 (behavior inversion): where fashion increasingly sells digitally-perfected aspiration, Diesel escalates its counter-position. P16 gives the expansion room. The platform growth from personal to political is correct — "Go With the Flaw" established the personal case; "Keep the World Flawed" makes the stakes larger, which is the right direction for a fashion brand trying to sustain cultural relevance across multiple seasons. ## Steal When a single-season campaign works, the extension should escalate the stakes, not just repeat the insight. Move the argument from personal to cultural, from individual to collective — that's the difference between a campaign and a platform. ## Related - Pattern: [[../MOC-pattern.md#p16]] - Sibling: [[apple-1984-1984.md|1984]] - Sibling: [[apple-think-different-1997.md|Think Different]] - Emotion match: [[absolut-absolut-campaign-1981.md|Absolut _____]] --- *Author: Serge Shima ([t.me/aimastersme](https://t.me/aimastersme) · [sergeshima.com](https://sergeshima.com) · [aimasters.me](https://aimasters.me)) · License: CC BY 4.0 — attribution required · Source: [smixs/creative-director-skill](https://github.com/smixs/creative-director-skill)*
