EdgePilot Research runtime third-party license references

The runtime lock downloads the packages listed in third-party-inventory.json.
Their applicable license expressions are recorded there. Complete upstream
license and notice files are bundled under `texts/`; downloaded wheels also
retain their own license files. See nautilus-source-offer.md for the modified
NautilusTrader corresponding source.
