# Country and visa-category overlay

Use this template for each destination, mission, nationality/residence combination, and visa category. Do not copy rules from another overlay without re-verifying them from current official sources.

## Case identity

```text
destination country/territory:
mission/post/jurisdiction:
applicant nationality:
country of legal residence:
visa category:
travel purpose:
requested entries:
intended arrival/departure:
appointment centre:
overlay checked on:
```

## Authority map

```text
official government/immigration page:
official visa portal/form:
official consulate/mission page:
official outsourced centre page:
personalized checklist or generated receipt:
provider pages needed for ticket/insurance/accommodation:
```

For each source, record the page title, URL, retrieval date, and the rule it supports. Prefer primary sources. If a centre page and a consular page differ, surface the difference instead of silently choosing one.

## Requirements matrix

## Country-specific cautions

Record only verified rules such as first-entry logic, transit treatment, multiple-entry insurance, sponsor forms, legalized invitations, minimum funds, appointment timing, or document-retention procedures. Mark unknowns explicitly.

## Overlay exit gate

Do not start a final packet until:

- the purpose/category is confirmed;
- the official current checklist is captured;
- form, passport, photo, insurance, route, accommodation, funding, and appointment rules are resolved;
- translation/certification rules are known;
- all country-specific unknowns are either verified or disclosed as blockers.
