## Architect edition scope

This edition produces local plans, checks and review artifacts only. Instructions below describing provisioning, deployment, API calls, runtime tests or publishing are plans for an authorized operator, not actions to execute. # App Observability
Define only necessary metrics: adoption, task completion, validation failures, throughput and exception age. Minimize personal data, aggregate where possible and align retention to policy. Turn signals into reviewed improvement hypotheses; never change production based on metrics alone.
