## Architect edition scope

This edition produces local plans, checks and review artifacts only. # Data Quality Governance
Define source, owner, required/optional fields, duplicate rule, alternate key, reference-data lifecycle and import error handling for each entity. Apply schema changes additively; quarantine invalid imports and report them instead of silently dropping data.
