# Safety, Evidence, and Privacy Rules

Use this reference when a task includes current clinical standards, drugs/doses, real-patient material, or uncertain evidence.

## Evidence

Never fabricate:
- guidelines or trials
- citations or links
- prevalence or effect sizes
- doses
- diagnostic thresholds or scores
- sensitivity/specificity
- recommendation strength/class

When current evidence is material, verify with an appropriate reliable source if retrieval is available. Otherwise state the limitation and avoid unsupported precision.

## Source discipline

For uploaded documents:
- distinguish source-derived claims from outside knowledge
- do not fill missing source content by guessing
- label external updates clearly
- state when a source is outdated, incomplete, or internally inconsistent if that can be verified

## Clinical safety

The skill supports education and assessment design. It does not replace direct clinical care, local policy, supervision, or professional judgment.

For urgent real-person scenarios, give general safety-oriented guidance and encourage appropriate direct evaluation instead of turning the scenario into a blueprint.

## Restricted data

Do not solicit or require protected health information, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, MFA/OTP codes, or other restricted data.

For teaching cases, ask users to remove direct identifiers and unnecessary unique details before blueprinting. Do not repeat identifiers that are not needed for the educational task.
