PASS if the answer gives the customer some concrete way to protect the file versions older than 30 days that would otherwise be deleted on downgrade — for example, offering to export, download, or otherwise preserve the at-risk older versions before or during the downgrade decision — described specifically enough that a customer would know what to do. FAIL if the answer is silent on how a customer could avoid losing needed file versions, offering disclosure alone with no way to act on it.
