# Audit Framework

## 1. First impression

Inspect the first five seconds: emotional signal, category recognition, audience relevance, value proposition, trust, exclusivity, differentiation, visual focus, and presence of a meaningful signature moment. Determine whether the experience feels generic, credible business, premium, or distinctive.

## 2. Brand experience

Inspect whether the interface expresses a recognizable identity through positioning, voice, typography, color behavior, imagery, material language, iconography, recurring motifs, and details. Test whether another company could replace the logo without substantial redesign. Judge memorability, coherence, category fit, and authenticity.

## 3. Visual design quality

Inspect:

- layout, grid, alignment, composition, density, whitespace, rhythm, and section transitions;
- hierarchy, scanning, focal points, responsive balance, and visual continuity;
- typeface suitability, scale, weight, line length, line height, contrast, and typographic detail;
- palette roles, contrast, depth, surfaces, states, shadows, borders, shapes, icons, and craft;
- consistency of tokens and exceptions;
- whether details support meaning rather than decoration.

## 4. Award-level lens

Evaluate design, creativity, usability, and content independently. Look for an original central idea, emotional or narrative progression, purposeful interaction, editorial control, technical craft, and memorable detail. Penalize neither restraint nor conventional UI when those choices serve the product. Award-level is a high bar, not a synonym for attractive.

Classify the demonstrated level as one of:

- Standard
- Solides Business-Niveau
- Premium
- Award-nah
- Award-Level

Add confidence and evidence limitations.

## 5. UX and conversion

Inspect navigation, orientation, information architecture, content sequencing, task clarity, cognitive load, interaction affordances, forms, errors, empty/loading/success states, trust, proof, objections, calls to action, continuity, mobile ergonomics, and accessibility. Identify the exact friction between visitor intent and the next valuable action.

Do not equate conversion optimization with more CTAs. Check message–audience fit, proof, perceived risk, decision effort, and relevance first.

## 6. Motion and interaction

Inspect entry, navigation, hover/focus/pressed states, scrolling, transitions, feedback, loading, spatial continuity, timing, choreography, restraint, and reduced-motion behavior. Diagnose missing feedback separately from missing spectacle.

Specify proposed motion with:

- location and trigger;
- affected element;
- movement or transformation;
- approximate duration and sequencing;
- intended meaning or feeling;
- mobile and reduced-motion fallback;
- performance risk if relevant.

## 7. Imagery and video

Inspect resolution, compression, composition, crop, lighting, art direction, authenticity, consistency, emotional role, product relevance, diversity where applicable, and text-image interaction. Identify which assets to retain, replace, or create and describe the required scene, framing, mood, and purpose. Never infer asset licensing.

## 8. Premium-agency gap

Explain why the demonstrated work does or does not feel like a high-investment production. Use observable causes such as generic concept, weak content art direction, inconsistent details, missing states, shallow proof, poor typographic control, templated transitions, weak responsive behavior, or technical friction. Do not estimate monetary production value from appearance alone.

## 9. Technical quality

Where measurable or visible, inspect:

- loading behavior and Core Web Vitals;
- asset weight, image/font strategy, rendering, third-party cost, and animation performance;
- semantic structure, metadata, crawlability, structured data, canonicalization, and content discoverability;
- keyboard use, focus visibility, labels, landmarks, contrast, zoom, reduced motion, target size, and assistive-technology semantics;
- responsive behavior and cross-device states;
- component architecture, design tokens, state ownership, error handling, security-relevant frontend patterns, testing, and maintainability.

Label automated measurements separately from manual review. Do not claim full WCAG conformance, SEO health, or production performance from one automated scan.

## 10. Content quality

Inspect specificity, clarity, credibility, differentiation, evidence, voice, objection handling, scannability, jargon, repetition, and CTA language. Preserve factual boundaries. Recommend proof types instead of inventing testimonials, clients, statistics, or awards.
