# Audit workflow

1. Confirm artifact, audience, purpose, mode, constraints and review scope.
2. Inspect file structure and render all slides when capabilities allow.
3. Review in two passes: horizontal story, then vertical slide/object detail.
4. Apply the materiality contract to claims and decisions; for M3/M4, perform the adversarial pass and compose an installed H.AMA capability when available.
5. Record findings as `id | location | criterion | evidence | consequence | severity | correction | verification`.
6. Assign assurance state: conforming, conforming with observations, conditioned, blocked or not applicable.
7. Rank remediation by risk reduction and effort; preserve strong patterns.

An audit is complete when every critical/major finding is traceable and the remediation conditions are testable.
