skills/ncbi-blast-skill/references/intent-notes.txt

User intent for BLAST skill generation:
- Build a dedicated NCBI BLAST API skill from Common URL API docs and sample Perl workflow.
- Keep examples runnable and practical for submission, polling, and result retrieval.
- Include rate-limit guardrails and good API citizenship expectations.
- Emphasize required parameters for CMD=Put and CMD=Get.
- Cover common program/database choices and response status handling.
- Make the skill concise and directly usable for sequence search tasks.
