# PM Review Checklist

Before delivering, verify:

## Source quality
- Every high-impact event has a source, source date, and confidence label.
- Hard dates are not used for inferred windows.
- Primary/company/regulator sources override aggregators where conflicts exist.
- Stale events are labeled needs refresh, not silently removed.

## Calendar quality
- Events are deduplicated by ticker, date/window, and event type.
- Date windows are visible, not hidden in notes.
- Time zone/time of day is captured when market-relevant.
- Same-day clusters and correlated exposures are flagged.
- Undated but thesis-critical events are not dropped.

## PM usefulness
- Output identifies what could change, not just what happens.
- High-priority rows include prep actions and next decisions.
- Confirm/disconfirm signals are specific enough to update a thesis tracker.
- Calendar links to model updates, earnings previews, risk/hedge review, or event-driven analysis where needed.
- The readout highlights low-confidence/high-impact events.

## Sector nuance
- Sector-specific event types and KPIs were considered.
- Regulatory, clinical, commodity, rate, and technical events are included when relevant.
- M&A/special situation path dependencies are broken into milestones.

## File safety
- Existing user data was not deleted or overwritten without instruction.
- Workbook formulas, hidden tabs, comments, raw data, and source logs were preserved where applicable.
- Refreshes include a dated change log.
- External-clean outputs omit confidential portfolio views, MNPI-sensitive notes, and trade intent unless approved.

## Final delivery
- Include scope, as-of date/time, sources/freshness caveats, missing data, and recommended next actions.
- Be explicit about limitations rather than filling gaps with guesses.
