# Profile audit workflow

## Visible criteria and weights

Score each visible criterion from 1 to 10:

| Criterion | Weight |
|---|---:|
| Profile Photo | 14% |
| Name and Handle | 10% |
| Bio Positioning | 25% |
| CTA | 18% |
| Visual Consistency | 13% |
| Cover and Thumbnail Hook | 20% |

If an element is not visible, omit it from the tool input. The scoring tool proportionally rescales the remaining weights to 100%.

## Scoring anchors

- Profile Photo: 1 to 3 is blurry, cluttered, or unclear at thumbnail size. 4 to 6 is acceptable but not distinctive or aligned. 7 to 8 is clear, professional, and brand-appropriate. 9 to 10 remains exceptionally clear and recognisable at thumbnail size.
- Name and Handle: 1 to 3 is difficult to find or confusing. 4 to 6 is readable but lacks keywords or alignment. 7 to 8 is on-brand, searchable, and unambiguous. 9 to 10 combines a keyword-rich name field with a clean, consistent, memorable handle.
- Bio Positioning: 1 to 3 is vague about whom it serves. 4 to 6 is somewhat clear but lacks sharp positioning or a benefit. 7 to 8 clearly states who, what, and for whom. 9 to 10 communicates a sharp, audience-relevant promise within two seconds.
- CTA: 1 to 3 has no CTA. 4 to 6 is vague or competes with multiple CTAs. 7 to 8 gives one clear next step. 9 to 10 starts with a verb and directs the visitor to one specific action.
- Visual Consistency: 1 to 3 is cluttered and inconsistent. 4 to 6 is partly consistent. 7 to 8 uses cohesive, recognisable colours and style. 9 to 10 has a highly cohesive, distinctive grid.
- Cover and Thumbnail Hook: 1 to 3 communicates little value. 4 to 6 has occasional highlights but buries the benefit. 7 to 8 usually communicates value and encourages clicks. 9 to 10 consistently combines a clear benefit with a relevant curiosity gap.

Any criterion at 3 or below caps an otherwise A or B result at grade C. Name the affected pillar.

## Report order

1. Snapshot: inferred platform, niche, and audience on one line. Note any excluded criteria below it.
2. Score table: criterion, raw score out of 10, adjusted weight, and weighted contribution.
3. Total out of 100 and grade.
4. Make-or-break flag: weakest pillar and why it matters.
5. Rewrite pack in one code block: one Name field line, a three-line Bio of no more than 150 characters, one verb-led CTA, and three cover hook titles.
6. Top 3 fixes: specific actions that can be completed this week, in priority order.
7. One quick win for today.

End with: "I inferred your platform, niche, and audience. Tell me if any is off and I'll re-score."
