# Questforge Terms of Use

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Questforge is an open-source, skills-only fantasy role-playing plugin published by Adrián Melic. By installing or using Questforge, you agree to these terms.

## Use

You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the original Questforge code and materials under the MIT License. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and notices.

Questforge is intended for fictional, general-audience entertainment. You are responsible for the content you provide, the choices you make about generated content, and compliance with the rules of the OpenAI product and any other service you use.

Optional cloud saving uses a third-party storage connector and exact folder you select. You are responsible for that provider account, folder sharing, retention, and available storage. Questforge does not operate a campaign server, guarantee synchronization availability, or receive a publisher copy of your save. Review conflict and partial-save reports before continuing on another device.

## Rules And Intellectual Property

Questforge is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by OpenAI or Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Rules support is based on the System Reference Document 5.2.1 released by Wizards of the Coast LLC under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. Questforge does not grant rights to commercial rulebooks, official settings, artwork, characters, logos, or other protected material outside the SRD.

Do not use Questforge to reproduce or redistribute commercial rulebooks or adventures you do not have permission to share.

## Generated Content

Stories, images, and other generated content can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular table. Review generated content before relying on, publishing, or sharing it. The terms of the service used to generate content also apply.

## Availability And Changes

Questforge is provided without a service-level commitment. Features can change, and some capabilities depend on the OpenAI surface, local permissions, storage connector availability and authorization, provider limits, image generation availability, browser support, or optional third-party resources.

## Disclaimer And Liability

Questforge is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the plugin.
