# Comic Sol Terms of Use

Comic Sol is an open-source, local-first Codex plugin and skill bundle
published by Alwan Juliawan (`wenn-id`). The source is available under the MIT
License in this repository.

## Use

You may install, run, modify, and redistribute the software as allowed by the
MIT License. Comic Sol creates editable plans, prompts, images, pages, PDFs,
and QA artifacts using the capabilities available in the user's Codex session.

You are responsible for:

- complying with applicable law and the terms of every connected provider;
- having permission to use source text, reference images, names, trademarks,
  and other material you provide;
- reviewing generated content before publication or commercial use;
- protecting credentials and private information;
- checking copyright, publicity, trademark, safety, and platform requirements
  for each output and distribution channel.

Comic Sol does not grant rights to third-party material and does not promise
that generated output is exclusive, copyrightable, commercially cleared, or
free from similarity to other work.

## No hosted service

The plugin has no Comic Sol account, hosted API, or remote storage. Codex,
OpenAI, image providers, MCP servers, and other connected services are separate
products with their own terms, privacy policies, limits, and charges.

## Disclaimer

The software and generated outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS
AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The author disclaims
warranties and liability to the extent permitted by the MIT License and
applicable law. Do not use unreviewed generated content where an error could
cause harm, unlawful conduct, or loss of data.
