Use the `list_automation_rules` tool to retrieve them, then present them clearly — for each rule, show its name, which channel it targets (or note that it covers all watchlist channels), its performance thresholds, its daily limit, and whether it's currently active. If I have no rules configured, let me know and briefly mention that I can create one to auto-analyze high-performing videos in my niche.
