The product proof can be pushed to its most absurd limits. ## Mechanic A four-year-old girl steers a Volvo FMX truck via remote control through a narrow canyon — demonstrating the truck's responsiveness and precision. The contrast between child driver and massive vehicle is the demonstration. ## Why it worked The Epic Split established Volvo Trucks' demonstration format. This executes on the same template with an escalation: if Van Damme can do a split, a child can steer the truck. Each demo in the series asks "what's the most extreme proof?" The absurdist escalation is the brand's personality. ## Steal Once you have a proven demonstration format, build a franchise from it by escalating the improbability of the demonstrator or the condition. The series becomes more memorable than any single execution. ## Related - Pattern: [[../MOC-pattern.md#p14]] - Sibling: [[db-export-brewtroleum-2015.md|Brewtroleum]] - Sibling: [[google-parisian-love-2010.md|Parisian Love]] - Emotion match: [[absolut-absolut-campaign-1981.md|Absolut _____]] --- *Author: Serge Shima ([t.me/aimastersme](https://t.me/aimastersme) · [sergeshima.com](https://sergeshima.com) · [aimasters.me](https://aimasters.me)) · License: CC BY 4.0 — attribution required · Source: [smixs/creative-director-skill](https://github.com/smixs/creative-director-skill)*
