## Insight
Pizza delivery apps have proliferated to the point of confusion. Little Caesars, with its Hot-N-Ready model and own ordering app, sits in a different category — no wait, no complexity. The app is the shortcut most people haven't tried yet.

## Mechanic
An absurdist TV spot promoting Little Caesars' Pizza Portal pickup app, dramatizing the chaos of alternative ordering methods versus the simplicity of logging in and picking up.

## Why it worked
The spot exaggerates the friction of not using the app through absurdist dramatization, making the product benefit (simplicity) feel earned rather than stated. Part of a campaign ecosystem reframing Little Caesars as the smart, effortless choice.

## Steal
When a technology product exists to remove friction, don't demonstrate the product — demonstrate the friction it removes, pushed to absurd extremes. The gap between the absurd alternative and the calm solution is the message.
