# Anima Felix Agent Skills

This repository packages **anxiety-reset**, an anxiety-response skill by [Anima Felix](https://animafelix.com). It gives compatible AI assistants a calm, structured way to help someone pause, orient themselves, and choose a manageable next step during an anxious moment.

The skill is supportive guidance, not medical care or an emergency service.

## Install

### After publication

This is the intended installation route once the directory listings are live:

- For Claude Code and claude.ai, install **Anima Felix Agent Skills** from the Anthropic plugin directory.
- For ChatGPT and Codex, install **Anima Felix Agent Skills** from the OpenAI Plugins Directory.

### Local testing

Use the following development-time options to try the skill before publication.

#### Claude Code

Add this repository as a marketplace, then install the plugin:

/plugin install anima-felix-agent-skills@anima-felix-agent-skills
```

Replace `<owner>` with the repository's GitHub owner.

#### claude.ai

In the web interface, open **Customize → Plugins → + → Add marketplace**, add this repository's marketplace, and select **Install**. The web interface does not use a slash command for this flow.

#### Codex

Copy or symlink the skill directory into your personal agent-skills directory:

To keep a checkout linked instead:

#### ChatGPT

Open **Skills → Create → Upload** and upload the skill. Personal Skills are available only on Business, Enterprise, Healthcare, and Edu plans, and uploaded skills are security-scanned.

## Tests

Run `node test/skill.test.mjs`. The suite fails if a safety clause is deleted from `SKILL.md`.

## Licensing

This repository is deliberately split-licensed. The anxiety-reset prose and methodology in `skills/anxiety-reset/SKILL.md` use [CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/); `test/skill.test.mjs` uses the MIT License. Other files are assigned individually in [LICENSE.txt](LICENSE.txt), the source of truth.
