# Terms of use

By installing or using Fitness Ledger, you agree to these terms.

## Personal tracking only

Fitness Ledger supports personal nutrition and fitness logging, validation, reporting, and source reconciliation. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or professional medical, nutritional, or training advice. Do not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional or rely on it for a medical decision.

## Your responsibilities

You control the information you provide and are responsible for reviewing entries, corrections, targets, reports, and reconciled source values before relying on them. Do not submit medical records, protected health information, credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other restricted data. Respect the rights and privacy of other people and use only data you are authorized to process.

## Data and connected services

Fitness Ledger is a skills-only plugin with no publisher-hosted service. Its publisher does not receive or retain your ledger. Your ChatGPT Library files and any optional connected services remain governed by their respective terms, controls, permissions, and availability.

## Software license and availability

The repository code and bundled skills are provided under the MIT License. The plugin may change, be suspended, or be discontinued, and no uninterrupted availability is promised. To the extent permitted by law, the plugin is provided without warranties and the publisher is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or user-modified data.

## Changes

Material changes to these terms will be published in this repository and identified by an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
