## Scope of this correction

- Six skills reported as accepted in version 1.0.3 are preserved unchanged.
- Three rejected skills and all of their files are absent from this bundle.
- The three replacements contain no scripts, external service dependencies, credential workflows, account enumeration, authentication testing, exploitation, access-control bypass or surveillance instructions.

## Important limitation

A successful automated scan is not a legal or policy determination. The publisher must review the complete bundle, including the six preserved skills, and personally determine whether the product and its operation comply with OpenAI's current terms and guidelines and all applicable laws. This package does not make those attestations on the publisher's behalf.
