# Support process draft

Support should cover installation, unexpected skill selection, inaccurate output, privacy concerns and suspected unsafe behaviour.

Before publication, establish and publish a monitored support channel. State expected response times and provide a route for responsible disclosure that does not require users to post sensitive security details publicly.

Users reporting a security concern should provide only the minimum reproducible detail and should redact personal data, credentials, confidential target information and exploit material.
