# Terms of use

Build 3D Game Rooms software and documentation are provided under the
[MIT License](LICENSE), without warranty. The BallRoller Games name and artwork
are governed separately by [BRAND_ASSETS.md](BRAND_ASSETS.md). Users are
responsible for reviewing generated plans, scripts, Blender scenes, exported
assets, licenses, paid-service usage, safety, and production deployment
decisions.

The plugin does not include Meshy or other third-party generation credits and
is not affiliated with Meshy. Users must confirm current pricing and comply
with the terms and licenses of every model, asset, and service used with the
workflow. The plugin does not sell credits, subscriptions, or digital services.
