# Mentoring Report Route ## Learn the exemplar Extract: - required identity fields and session metadata; - section order; - typical paragraph length; - preferred report endings such as `확인하였음`, `지도하였음`, `강조하였음`, `조언하였음`; - how the exemplar connects the student's situation, cause, intervention, response, and next plan. Do not copy private names, dates, or content from the exemplar into a new report. ## Build the report Use the destination template when supplied. Otherwise route content into the sections the user has repeatedly used: 1. `교과학습`: activity, concepts, concrete problems, explanations, corrections, and study strategy. 2. `내신관리`: schedule, prioritization, time management, test operation, and error review. 3. `참여도`: observable engagement and response to feedback. 4. `효과성`: what difficulty was identified, what changed, and why the intervention helped. 5. `기타`: scheduling or contextual notes that do not fit elsewhere. 6. `차기 활동계획`: short action bullets with clear next work. Use only actions supported by the transcript or notes. Replace accidental transcript errors only when the intended wording is clear from context. Flag unresolved names, scores, dates, or problem numbers instead of guessing. ## Quality checks - Make the intervention and the student's response distinct. - Describe why an activity was chosen, not only that it happened. - Keep mathematical or subject explanations correct. - Do not overstate effectiveness beyond observable evidence. - Remove repeated content across sections. - Provide paste-ready text when HWP/HWPX mutation is unavailable or unsafe.
