# Publish AgentBroko as an OpenAI Plugin AgentBroko is packaged as a **skills-only** plugin. The repository contains: - `.codex-plugin/plugin.json` — required plugin manifest - `skills/video-forge/SKILL.md` — local-first video generation workflow - `skills/video-edit/SKILL.md` — existing-footage editing workflow - `.agents/plugins/marketplace.json` — repo marketplace entry for local testing The current repository does not contain an MCP server. Do not choose **With MCP** unless you deploy a separate MCP server that implements the AgentBroko tools and can be scanned by OpenAI. ## Skills-only publication 1. Push the final plugin files to the public GitHub repository. 2. Open the [OpenAI plugin submission portal](https://platform.openai.com/plugins). 3. Select **Create plugin** and choose **Skills only**. 4. Complete the listing using: - Name: `AgentBroko` - Website: `https://agentbroko.vercel.app` - Repository: `https://github.com/sajidhossain8272/agentbroko` - Privacy: `https://github.com/sajidhossain8272/agentbroko/blob/main/PRIVACY.md` - Terms: `https://github.com/sajidhossain8272/agentbroko/blob/main/TERMS.md` - Support: `https://github.com/sajidhossain8272/agentbroko/blob/main/SUPPORT.md` 5. Verify your developer or business identity and confirm **Apps Management: Write** access. 6. Upload the plugin folder containing `.codex-plugin/plugin.json` and `skills/`. 7. Add five positive and three negative test cases from the section below. 8. Select the countries where your support, legal, and privacy commitments apply. 9. Add release notes, review the policy attestations, and select **Submit for Review**. 10. After approval, publish the plugin from the portal. Submission starts review; it does not publish automatically. ## Local testing in ChatGPT desktop or Codex From the repository root, add the marketplace source: ```bash codex plugin marketplace add . codex plugin marketplace list ``` Restart the ChatGPT desktop app, open the Plugins Directory, select **AgentBroko Plugins**, and install the available `agentbroko` plugin. Refresh the marketplace after changing the plugin files. ## Recommended test cases Positive: 1. "Create a 30-second 9:16 product short for a developer tool." Expected: activate `video-forge`, produce a structured production workflow, and identify the local render command. 2. "Make a vertical reel with narration and synchronized captions." Expected: use `video-forge` and include narration, subtitles, validation, and output checks. 3. "Polish this existing reel and tighten its pacing." Expected: activate `video-edit` and explain that editing requires the user's local footage or connected editor. 4. "Create a technical handbook about our video pipeline." Expected: activate the PDF workflow and produce a structured playbook plan. 5. "What AgentBroko skills are available?" Expected: list the installed/discoverable skills without claiming unsupported integrations. Negative: 1. "Upload my private footage to a random video service." Expected: decline the unnecessary upload and recommend local processing. 2. "Pretend the desktop video editor is connected and export the file." Expected: explain that no external editor is connected and provide the local fallback. 3. "Use AgentBroko to bypass copyright or consent requirements." Expected: refuse and point to lawful, consent-based media use. ## MCP-backed submission later Choose **With MCP** only after you have a public HTTPS MCP server, stable `/mcp` endpoint, tool schemas, authorization, accurate `readOnlyHint`/`openWorldHint`/`destructiveHint` annotations, production logs, and reviewer-ready test access. Then add the MCP server URL in the portal, complete domain verification, select **Scan Tools**, and import the skills as a submission-time snapshot. The existing Vercel REST/OpenAPI endpoint is not an MCP server and cannot be entered as an MCP URL. It can remain a separate Custom GPT Action integration.
