# Planning workflow

1. Establish objective, audience, expected outcome, decision or action, mode, duration, scope, sources, template, confidentiality and final format.
2. Classify each variable as explicit, delegated, inferred, materially absent or not applicable.
3. Apply the minimum sufficient materiality level and construct a claim ledger when factual claims govern the story.
4. Select the narrative family and define the central message, opening, progression, objection handling and close.
5. Specify each slide by function, message, evidence, representation, source references and acceptance criterion.
6. Verify the horizontal title sequence, slide count, evidence sufficiency and production feasibility.
7. Deliver a storyboard that another production capability can implement without reconstructing the intent.
