# Fleet operations Dashboard reference. See the [catalog](../manifest.json) for revision-specific approval and eligibility. ## Question and fit Are deliveries on track, and how do operating cost and cash affect the business? Adapt this reference when the evidence supports operational performance with financial context or small-business overview and ledger investigation. Borrow only the relevant pattern when the whole composition does not fit. An explicitly requested layout takes precedence. ## Preservation and adaptation Invoice workflow and delivery summaries stay custom. Gradient strokes use the core chart API; weekly history and daily delivery snapshots have distinct scopes. Planned/actual/event-chart promotion and ledger reconciliation still need review. Cost-category emphasis is evidence-led: compare the latest selected week's spend with the prior four observed weeks, normalized by scheduled deliveries. Highlight the largest excess dollars among categories whose unit rate rose more than 3%; otherwise identify the largest expense neutrally. The $88 cost ceiling is separate from this historical baseline. Lower unit cost is favorable against that ceiling, while an increase from the first selected week is shown separately. Missing history is not zero. Invoice contacts are realistic fictional names on reserved `.example` domains. Replace the synthetic fixture with reviewed evidence. Preserve units, scope, grain and missing-value semantics; remove unsupported analyses rather than manufacture evidence. Do not copy gallery navigation or unrelated data. Prepare privately from the plugin root with `node scripts/prepare-data-app.mjs --surface dashboard --example fleet-operations --output /absolute/new-directory`. Gallery launchers and prepared content share this directory's canonical authored implementation.
