# Lagree

Apply this reference when the account exposes a Lagree or Megaformer-oriented move library. A typical class can move from preparation and core activation into lower-body, upper-body, oblique/core, and integrated finish sections, with transitions that reflect carriage, platform, cable, or position changes.

Use springs, positions, movement descriptions, split-side defaults, side rest, and instructor notes from returned moves. Balance left and right work explicitly when a move is split-sided. Time under tension and controlled transitions matter more than fitting a fixed list of exercises; target duration must still be exact after side rests.

Scale by the returned difficulty presets and available spring levels. Common mistakes are silently substituting a missing move, copying a prior class, omitting a carriage transition, or treating a split duration as per-side time.

Do not infer a user’s training level, injury tolerance, or equipment beyond the returned library and the user’s request. Ask when the equipment context or side-balance requirement materially changes the routine. `REQUIRES_DOMAIN_REVIEW`: any claim about certification-specific form or physiological outcomes.
