"description": "Korea Concierge helps people navigate Korean secondhand shopping and practical life tasks from chat. Search Bunjang listings, inspect listing details, calculate an item quote, and create a reviewed purchase request. Every order is reviewed before payment, and the buyer receives a private order page with the quote, payment step, status, proof, and tracking.\n\nThe plugin also provides free, deterministic checks based on official Korean apartment transaction data. Users can inspect recent sale and rent records, compare a jeonse deposit with sale prices, or compare a monthly rent offer with similar transactions. These tools provide transaction data and clearly disclosed calculations, not brokerage or advice.\n\nCurated living guides cover arrival administration, housing contracts, banking, property purchase procedure, and schools. Users can also submit a settling, housing-support, or education request for founder review. Korea Concierge operates as the principal seller for secondhand resale orders and as the service provider for accepted concierge engagements.",
