Description

From the marketplace listing

Acta Fit is a strength and conditioning log for iPhone and Apple Watch. Connect it to ask about your own training data in plain language. What you can ask: - Your recent workouts: dates, exercises, sets, reps, loads and volume. - Progress on any lift: top sets and estimated one-rep-max trends over time. - Training stats for the week, month or year: workout count, sets, volume and weeks active. - Heart rate and power for any session, including per-set and per-interval breakdowns, time in zone and normalized power, whenever your Apple Watch or another Apple Health source recorded them. - Your plans, saved workout templates and training maxes. What it can propose: - A training plan, a single workout, or a new exercise. Proposals land in the Acta Fit app, where you review and accept or dismiss them. Nothing in your log changes until you accept. Requirements: the Acta Fit iPhone app with an account and AI sync turned on. Weights are shown in your own unit.

Competitor profile

From the developer’s listing and package; capabilities are not independently tested. Package observed Nov 3, 2026.

Declared capabilities

  • Read workout history, personal records, volume and training stats
  • Heart-rate and power analysis per session, set or interval
  • Propose training plans and single workouts for approval in the app

Declared limitations

  • General nutrition advice. The plugin holds no nutrition data, so it should not be called; the assistant answers from general knowledge.
  • Exercise-science explanation. Nothing in the user's log is needed, so no tool is called and the assistant answers directly.
  • Out-of-scope action. The plugin has no booking, scheduling or third-party integrations, so the assistant says it cannot book sessions and calls no tool.

Review scenarios; not an exhaustive list.

Cost & access

The plugin sells nothing. Acta Fit memberships are bought inside the iOS app through Apple's in-app purchase.

Terms may have changed since this observation.
