Addy AI helps loan officers and processors work their mortgage pipeline from ChatGPT. - See your pipeline, find a loan by borrower, address or loan number, and open its details. - Check the processing checklist, Addy's income, credit and asset findings, underwriting review and lender guidelines. - See which documents are missing and request them from the borrower by email, text message or both.
