audio-mixer1.02 KB
--- name: audio-mixer description: Plan and perform local video audio mixing with narration, music ducking, sound effects, loudness targets, fades, and clipping checks. version: 1.4.5 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [audio, mixing, narration, music, sound-design] --- # Audio Mixer Use when the user needs voiceover, music, sound effects, ducking, cleanup, or delivery audio guidance. 1. Inspect source tracks, sample rates, channels, durations, and peaks with `ffprobe`. 2. Keep narration intelligible and dominant; duck music roughly 8-12 dB during speech. 3. Add fades, ambience, and effects only when they serve the scene and are license-cleared. 4. Leave headroom, check for clipping, and target platform-appropriate loudness. 5. Render locally with FFmpeg when the files and tools are available, then inspect the final output. Use `npx agentbroko video-forge speak` for narration and `--audio` with a short template for a mastered audio track. Never claim a mix was rendered if only a mix plan was produced.
caption-translator1021 Bytes
--- name: caption-translator description: Translate subtitles and captions while preserving timing, reading speed, line length, meaning, and culturally appropriate tone. version: 1.4.5 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [captions, subtitles, translation, accessibility] --- # Caption Translator Use when the user wants captions translated or localized. 1. Read the source SRT/VTT and preserve cue order, identifiers, timestamps, and formatting. 2. Translate meaning rather than word-for-word phrasing while preserving names, citations, and technical terms. 3. Keep lines short and readable; flag text that cannot fit without changing timing. 4. Preserve speaker intent and mark uncertainty instead of inventing context. 5. Return the translated subtitle file plus a short quality note. For local files, use `npx agentbroko video-forge captions` for source generation and validate the translated file before export. Do not translate private content to an external service without user approval.
content-series-planner909 Bytes
--- name: content-series-planner description: Plan coherent multi-episode video series with themes, episode arcs, release cadence, source tracking, and repeatable production templates. version: 1.4.5 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [content-series, episodes, planning, storytelling] --- # Content Series Planner Use when the user wants a multi-part video series. Return a series promise, audience, format, episode table, season arc, recurring intro/outro, visual and audio identity, production checklist, release cadence, and metadata strategy. Give every episode a distinct hook and lesson while maintaining continuity. Track source status for factual, religious, and historical topics. Mark unresolved research, dramatization, and fiction clearly. Design episodes to flow into the existing Video Forge `universal_story` template and keep each episode independently understandable.
pdf-playbook855 Bytes
--- name: pdf-playbook description: Create structured technical handbooks, playbooks, guides, and multi-page documentation PDFs from a validated outline. version: 1.4.6 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [pdf, documentation, handbook, playbook] --- # PDF Playbook Use when the user wants a handbook, playbook, guide, or multi-page technical PDF. 1. Clarify title, audience, topic, tone, and desired length. 2. Create a structured specification with chapters, leads, items, examples, and checklists. 3. Keep claims sourced or label them as recommendations. 4. Compile with `npx agentbroko pdf-playbook --spec playbook_spec.json --output playbook.pdf` when local execution is available. 5. Report the exact output path and inspect the PDF before delivery. Do not claim a PDF was rendered when only the specification was produced.
pdf-tools643 Bytes
--- name: pdf-tools description: Inspect PDFs, extract text, check metadata and page counts, and render pages locally without uploading documents. version: 1.4.6 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [pdf, inspection, extraction, local-first] --- # PDF Tools Use when the user wants to inspect, extract, or render a PDF. - `npx agentbroko pdf info document.pdf` - `npx agentbroko pdf text document.pdf --output extracted.txt` - `npx agentbroko pdf render document.pdf --output rendered-pages/` Keep source documents local. Report missing rendering backends clearly, and never expose extracted private text unnecessarily.
script-storyboard-writer1.11 KB
--- name: script-storyboard-writer description: Turn a video idea into a timed narration script, scene-by-scene storyboard, shot plan, captions, and production brief for Video Forge. version: 1.4.5 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [script, storyboard, narration, video, storytelling] --- # Script and Storyboard Writer Use when the user has an idea, topic, source, or brief and needs a production-ready story plan. Return: - logline and audience - verified source notes and disclosure status - timed scene list with hook, setting, conflict, escalation, choice, resolution, and reflection - narration per scene - subtitle-safe on-screen text - visual environment, characters, camera, and effects - music and sound-design cues - thumbnail hook and SEO handoff Ask for missing source material before writing factual religious or historical details. Label fiction and dramatization clearly. Keep narration concise enough for the target duration and never invent quotes or citations. For local rendering, convert the approved plan into a Video Forge template or `spec.json`, validate it, then render.
seo-metadata-writer988 Bytes
--- name: seo-metadata-writer description: Write accurate video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, timestamps, and pinned comments for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, and Reels without spam or unsupported claims. version: 1.4.5 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [seo, metadata, youtube, shorts, hashtags] --- # SEO Metadata Writer Use when the user wants publishing metadata for a video. Collect the verified topic, platform, audience, series/episode number, source links, and call to action. Return platform-specific title options, a description, chapters/timestamps, tags, hashtags, disclosure text, and an optional pinned comment. Match the primary keyword across title and opening description naturally. Avoid keyword stuffing, fake authority, guaranteed performance claims, misleading hooks, and invented citations. For religious, historical, or documentary content, include a source note and distinguish sourced fact, interpretation, dramatization, and fiction.
social-exporter1.08 KB
--- name: social-exporter description: Prepare validated video exports for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, square feeds, and landscape platforms with correct dimensions, frame rate, codecs, captions, audio, and filenames. version: 1.4.5 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [social, export, shorts, reels, tiktok, youtube] --- # Social Exporter Use when the user wants platform-ready deliverables. Ask which platforms, duration, aspect ratios, caption treatment, audio policy, and quality target are required. Build an export matrix covering filename, dimensions, FPS, codec, bitrate/CRF, audio, caption mode, thumbnail, and metadata. For local rendering use Video Forge and FFmpeg, then inspect every output with `ffprobe`. Default presets: - Shorts/Reels/TikTok: 1080x1920, 9:16, H.264, yuv420p, AAC, faststart. - Square feed: 1080x1080, 1:1, H.264, yuv420p, AAC, faststart. - Landscape: 1920x1080, 16:9, H.264, yuv420p, AAC, faststart. Do not promise platform acceptance or performance. Flag music licensing, watermark, safe-area, and caption risks before delivery.
thumbnail-generator1.05 KB
--- name: thumbnail-generator description: Design high-clickability video thumbnails and vertical cover frames with readable safe-area text, visual hierarchy, and platform-specific dimensions. version: 1.4.5 author: AgentBroko license: MIT tags: [thumbnail, cover, shorts, social-video] --- # Thumbnail Generator Use when the user needs a thumbnail, cover frame, or social preview for a video. 1. Ask for platform, aspect ratio, title, audience, subject image, and brand kit. 2. Choose one focal subject, one short curiosity hook, strong contrast, and a clear safe area. 3. Never fabricate a person, quote, source, or event. Mark dramatized or generated imagery when relevant. 4. Produce a design brief with dimensions, background, focal point, typography, colors, text placement, and export format. 5. When local image tooling is available, create the image and verify its dimensions; otherwise provide the complete production prompt and layout specification. For vertical shorts, default to 1080x1920 and keep important text away from platform UI zones.

# Video Edit
Use this skill when the user wants to refine or polish an existing video project instead of generating a completely new one from a brief.
## When to use this skill
- trim or rearrange existing footage
- add a final polish pass after Video Forge renders a first draft
- edit a social reel or short in a desktop editor or MCP-connected workflow
- perform caption sync, pacing tweaks, and final export adjustments
## Routing rules
1. When a user asks for a new video from a prompt, prefer `video-forge`.
2. When a user already has footage and wants editing, pacing, trimming, or delivery polish, use `video-edit`.
3. If a desktop editor or MCP bridge is connected, use it as an optional improvement layer rather than pretending it is built into AgentBroko.
## Reusable workflow patterns from the Video Edit workspace
- 9:16 vertical short and reel production
- final cut polishing, pacing, and timeline adjustments
- subtitle synchronization and social caption cleanup
- thumbnail and SEO metadata framing
- short-form story, romantic, and tech edit templates
## Commands
```bash
npx agentbroko add video-edit
npx agentbroko video-forge short --type story --theme golden -o outputs/story_short.mp4
```
## Output expectations
Do not claim a native desktop editor is bundled inside AgentBroko unless it is explicitly connected in the runtime environment. The repo should explain the divide between local generation via Video Forge and optional external editing tooling.video-forge3.19 KB

# Video Forge
Use this skill when the user wants to create or edit a video locally without uploading content to cloud services.
## When to use this skill
Choose this skill for requests such as:
- generate a short-form video or promo
- render a 9:16 vertical reel
- add subtitles or narration to footage
- edit clips together with transitions and captions
- convert a project spec into an MP4 using FFmpeg
## Required local tools
- FFmpeg
- FFprobe
- Python 3.10+
## Standard workflow
1. Validate the project or spec file before rendering.
2. Prepare local media assets and narration.
3. Run the AgentBroko CLI to render or edit the video.
4. Inspect output with ffprobe and verify the final export path.
## Commands
```bash
npx agentbroko video-forge validate project.json
npx agentbroko video-forge render project.json
npx agentbroko video-forge short --type story --theme golden -o outputs/story_short.mp4
npx agentbroko video-forge short --template three_men_in_cave --audio audio/master.wav -o outputs/ummah_ep01.mp4
npx agentbroko video-forge speak --text "Welcome to AgentBroko." --output audio/vo.wav --engine auto
```
## Stories of the Ummah templates
Video Forge includes reusable 9:16 storytelling templates under
`templates/stories_of_the_ummah/` in this skill package. The installed CLI also
ships the runtime copies under `src/video_forge/templates/stories_of_the_ummah/`:
- `three_men_in_cave` — an eight-beat cave, supplication, and resolution structure.
- `mercy_to_a_dog` — a compassion and reflection structure.
- `generic_episode` — a safe starting structure for a verified story.
- `universal_story` — a fully configurable blueprint for Ummah, ancient, historical, realistic, fictional, or futuristic storytelling.
Use `--template` to select one. The universal blueprint covers story arc, era, location, environment, faceless characters, camera motion, particles, lighting, transitions, mastering, narration, music, sound design, captions, thumbnails, SEO, and delivery settings. The renderer writes an `.audio-guide.md` file beside the MP4 with narration, music, and ducking guidance. Provide a mastered file with `--audio` when available. Templates intentionally include citation reminders; verify the exact source before publication and do not invent religious facts.
## Output expectations
The agent should prefer local rendering, preserve original source media locally, and only output the final MP4 path or project file after validation succeeds.
## Safety and trust
This skill is local-first and designed for offline use. It should never rely on remote video processing services when a local engine is available.
