Create and manage workplace risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen) in AMS Pro, the occupational health and safety software for German companies. Employers in Germany are legally required to assess the hazards at every workplace, define protective measures and keep the documentation up to date. AMS Pro is built for the people who do this: safety officers, managing directors and HR or operations staff in small and medium-sized companies. With this plugin they do that work in the chat, on the data in their AMS Pro account: - Create a risk assessment for a workplace or activity, with hazards generated for it - Review hazards and add, change or complete protective measures - See which measures are still open across all assessments - Create and edit operating instructions (Betriebsanweisungen) - Keep the equipment and hazardous substances registers up to date - Find and organize safety documents such as inspection reports Results link to the PDF export and to the matching page in AMS Pro. Requires an AMS Pro account. The plugin only accesses companies and data available to the signed-in account. Files uploaded in the chat are not stored in AMS Pro; upload them in the AMS Pro document area instead. The plugin supports the documentation of risk assessments; it does not replace the judgement of a qualified safety professional.
