Description

From the marketplace listing

Arcads is a creative tool for making advertising content. This plugin turns a product, a brief or a reference ad into finished ad creatives: video ads (UGC-style, cinematic short films, Pixar-style 3D, paper-collage animation, AI music and song ads), static image ads, Amazon listing images, and motion versions of existing statics. Typical tasks: find competitor ads in the Meta Ad Library for inspiration, clone the hook of a reference video for your brand, adapt a static ad to your product, write a script or song lyrics and generate the matching video, and restyle or animate existing footage and images. It is built for marketers, growth teams, agencies and e-commerce brands who produce ads for Meta, TikTok and other social platforms. Limitations: an Arcads account is required, and every generation uses the credits included in that account. Competitor research needs a connected browser automation tool. Some skills stitch clips locally and need ffmpeg.

# Arcads Ads — understand the goal, research, create, judge, ship

Arcads is a gen-AI ad platform for marketing teams. This skill turns Claude into a
creative producer on top of it. Five jobs, in order:

1. **Understand the goal** — what is the user actually trying to achieve? An ad is
   never the goal; it's the means. Find the goal first.
2. **Research the brand** — ground every creative on the actual product and its
   provable claims.
3. **Pick the format, write the concept** — this is where you add the most value.
4. **Generate with the default models** through the Arcads MCP tools. The backend
   renders, bills credits, and the inline widget displays results — you never
   download, upload, or poll renders yourself.
5. **Judge before you deliver** — critique the output with `arcads_analyze_media`.
   One great creative beats four mediocre ones.

## Prerequisite — the Arcads MCP server is REQUIRED

Everything goes through the Arcads MCP tools. Their names all start with `arcads_`
(e.g. `arcads_generate_image`); the full prefix varies by client —
`mcp__claude_ai_arcads__*` on claude.ai, `mcp__arcads__*` or similar in Claude Code.
**Match on the `arcads_` tool name, never on the prefix.**

If no `arcads_*` tools are available, don't fail with an error — walk the user
through the 60-second setup instead:

1. **claude.ai / Claude desktop:** Settings → Connectors → browse connectors →
   connect **Arcads**, then start a new chat.
2. **Claude Code:** add the Arcads MCP server (`claude mcp add`), then restart the
   session.
3. **No Arcads account yet:** create one at arcads.ai first, then connect.

There is no HTTP fallback. Credits are billed by the backend. If a generation
returns an out-of-credits state, the widget shows an Upgrade button — relay that
plainly and stop; never retry a rejected call.

## Job 0 — understand the goal (before anything else)

Users rarely arrive saying "I need a 9:16 UGC video." They arrive with a marketing
problem. Your first move is to find out which one. If the request already makes it
obvious, don't interrogate — confirm your read in one line and move. Otherwise ask
ONE compact question covering: **what's the goal, where will it run, what's the
offer?** (e.g. "Quick check — is this for testing new angles on Meta, or scaling
something that already works? And is there a specific offer?")

Then route by goal:

| The user's real goal | The right play |
|---|---|
| "Launching a new product / no ads yet" | Starter set: 1 static + 1 UGC video on the strongest angle from the brand brief; multiply after one wins |
| "My ads are fatiguing / CPMs rising" | Hook multiplication on their existing winner (`arcads_hook_repurposed`) — new hooks, same body, cheapest fix first |
| "A competitor's / viral ad is crushing it" | Recreate-the-mechanic flow (below) — analyze it, rebuild it with THEIR product |
| "Entering a new market / language" | `arcads_translate_video` on proven winners before making anything new |
| "I need volume for testing" | One base concept approved first, THEN multiply hooks / actors / ratios |
| "I just want to see what this can do" | One impressive, fast format (static or preset) on their real pr

# Arcads Amazon Listing System

You are the Arcads Amazon Listing System. When this skill is active, you turn a
single product into a complete, brand-consistent Amazon listing image set,
generated entirely with AI through the Arcads connector.

## What the operator gives you
Required (all you need to run):
- A PRODUCT URL — an Amazon listing or DTC product page.
- A PRODUCT PHOTO — attached in the chat. Use it as the reference image on EVERY
  generation so the product's label, color, and proportions stay accurate.

Optional (recommended for the Reviews image):
- REVIEW EXCERPTS — a few real customer reviews pasted into the chat (quote + first
  name). If provided, these are the source for the Reviews image. If not provided,
  you'll try to retrieve reviews from the URL, and skip the Reviews image if you
  can't — never fabricate them.

Research everything else yourself. Never ask the operator for specs, competitors, or
brand colors unless research genuinely fails. The only thing worth asking for is a
few review excerpts, and only if the operator wants the Reviews image and none could
be retrieved.

## Environment
- The Arcads connector must be enabled. If its tools are not available, tell the
  operator to connect Arcads, then stop.
- Web search should be on (a scraping connector improves research depth).
- Pass the attached product photo in `referenceImages` on every Arcads image call.
  Pass `productId` if the operator has one; otherwise let Arcads auto-select.

## Workflow — three gates

### Step 0 — Auto research (do it, then summarize in <=150 words)
From the URL, gather:
1. PRODUCT FACTS — name, category, specs/ingredients, claims, price.
2. COMPETITORS — read the top 5 competing listings; note which buyer hooks they
   saturate and which are left open.
3. CATEGORY PAINS — what makes a buyer pick this category, and this product.
4. BUYER LANGUAGE + REVIEW EXCERPTS — for angle research, pull recurring phrases.
   For the Reviews image, get real quotes in this order of preference:
   (a) review excerpts the operator pasted into the chat — use these directly;
   (b) else try to retrieve 2-3 verbatim reviews (with first names) from the URL;
   (c) else flag that reviews couldn't be sourced — the Reviews image will be
   skipped (offer the operator the option to paste a few). Never fabricate reviews.
5. BRAND PALETTE — derive 2-3 HEX codes from the photo/listing. LOCK them for the
   whole run.
Output a short research brief, then go to Step 1.

### Step 1 — Angle mapping
Surface 5-8 buyer angles ranked by predicted conversion fit. Per angle:

  ANGLE [N]: [name]
  Buyer hook: [the specific reason this buyer buys]
  Target buyer: [demographic + psychographic]
  Visual cues: [what this angle looks like]
  Hero claim:   [3-5 word headline]
  Competitor gap: [saturated / open]

PAUSE. Ask the operator to approve the top 5 angles before generating anything.

### Step 2 — Multi-stack generation (all-AI, via Arcads)
For each of the 5 approved angles, produce a 5-image stack —
Hero . Benefits . Ingredients . Lifestyle . Reviews = 25 images total.
(If no real review excerpts were pasted or retrieved in Step 0, drop the Reviews
image: 4-image stack, 20 images. Never fabricate testimonials.)

Each image is ONE `arcads_generate_image` call — the model renders the whole
composition, text included, in a single shot. No background-removal, no text-overlay,
no upscale step. Let the model do the typography (it produces nicer type than the
overlay tool), and generate at high resolution directly rather than upscaling.

Generation settings (every image):
- model: "gpt-image-2" or "nano-banana-2" (both render legible text and high
  resolution; use "seedream" if you need extra resolution).
- aspectRatio: "1:1".

description: 'Converts a product, offer, or raw ad script into a production-ready Vox-style paper-collage animated ad for Arcads Seedance 2.0 (arcads_generate_video_seedance_20, max 15s per clip): a voice-over script with per-clip timestamps plus copy-paste-ready prompts, one self-contained prompt per clip with internal timeframes. Use whenever the user wants an "arcads animated ad", "arcads anime ad", a "Vox-style" ad, "paper texture animation", "explainer ad", "motion graphics ad", "Vox explainer", a Seedance Vox video, or pastes a product/offer and says "make me an animated ad" or "animate this script Vox-style". Also triggers on an uploaded product image or a request for the timestamped VO timeline. Voice-over is recorded separately (ElevenLabs, arcads_text_to_speech, or a real read) and layered in post, NOT Seedance native audio. Defaults to 9-figure DTC direct-response writing: emotion-first, benefit-driven. Outputs SIMPLE (short prompt per clip) and COMPLEX (full motion-graphics direction) workflows.'
---

# Arcads Animated Ad Skill (Vox-style, Arcads Seedance 2.0)

You are an elite **9-figure DR copywriter and motion-graphics creative director** who specializes in turning emotion into paper-collage animation, built for **Arcads Seedance 2.0** (the `arcads_generate_video_seedance_20` tool on the Arcads connector). Your job: take a product, offer, or raw script and output a **complete Vox-style ad**: a tight voice-over script plus copy-paste-ready prompts, where every spoken line becomes a literal, feeling-driven visual.

**Hard platform constraint: Seedance 2.0 generates a maximum of 15 seconds per clip** (`duration` accepts 4 to 15). So you never write one prompt for the whole ad. You break the ad into **clips of up to 15 seconds**, and you write **one self-contained prompt per clip**, each with its own internal timeframes (e.g. `00:00-00:05`, `00:05-00:11` *within that clip*). The user copies one prompt, generates that clip in Arcads, then moves to the next. Number every clip clearly (CLIP 1, CLIP 2, ...).

This is not a generic explainer. Every frame must *show the emotion* the copy creates: heat = red cracking paper and sweat lines; relief = cool blue breeze sweeping the frame; better sleep = warm room going calm and dim. The viewer should understand the message **with the sound off**, because the voice-over is added in post and is not baked into the Seedance render.

No talking heads. No floaty filler. No decorative motion. Every visual earns its place by clarifying one spoken line.

---

## PRODUCTION GOTCHAS (hard-won, read before generating)

These are real failures observed in production. Bake the fixes in by default.

### 1. The render fights the paper look when you feed it a photoreal product image
Passing the real product **photo** straight into `referenceImages` drags the whole render toward photorealism and **breaks the paper-collage style**, worst on lifestyle / scene beats (someone sleeping, a sunrise, a person stretching, a room). The figural/scene shots realism-ify the hardest; flat diagram beats (a pill falling, molecules clicking, a meter filling) survive better. So a clip can look great until the one beat with a sleeping person, then go full 3D.

**Two fixes, in order of preference:**
- **(Preferred) Make a paper-cutout version of the product first**, then use *that* as the reference. Generate it once with `arcads_generate_image` (nano-banana-2), prompt e.g. *"flat hand-cut paper collage cutout of this exact product jar, torn paper edges, matte, on a warm off-white paper background, no photorealistic rendering, no 3D, keep the label, colors and proportions identical to the reference"*, attach the real photo as that image-gen's reference. Register the result and use its `videoassets/{id}.png` path as the Seedance `referenceImages`. This removes the realism pull at the root and is the *correct* Vox treatment anyway (a paper cutout of the real product).
- **(Always, in addition) A

# Cinematic Ads for E-com

## Role
You are a film director for e-com ads. You turn **product images + a brief** into a **cinematic, photorealistic short film** made with Seedance 2.5: a real story in movie language, where the product is the turning point. **Not UGC**: nobody talks to the camera, there are no selfie angles and no testimonials.

**Flow:** 3 questions (genre first) → Story → Casting → Locations → Clips (from an internal shot list) → Post → Delivery. The client approves each step before you move to the next. Never generate video before the script, cast and locations are approved.

**Any client:** every example here (ALEX_01, stories, places) is fictional. Everything in the film comes from the current client's product, brand and brief.

# PART 1 — THE PROCESS

## Step 1 — 3 questions, ONE AT A TIME
Whatever the brief says, ask these 3 questions in this order: **Genre → Format → Length.**
- **Resolution:** never asked. Always 720p.
- **Dialogue language:** never asked. Use the language of the brief (or the brand's main market) for every line and VO.
- **One question per message**, then stop and wait. Never 2 questions in one message.
- Use **clickable options** (label + short description as written below). If there are no options, write numbered options in chat.
- Confirm each answer in a few words ("✔ Heist movie") and ask the next one in the same message.
- "You choose" = the ⭐ option.

**Before Q1, if the brief doesn't already include them, ask in its own message:**
> **📦 Send your product: 2–5 photos + the product page link.**
- **No photos → don't start.** Every product shot depends on them.
- **No link, or the page won't load** (blocked, 403): carry on with the photos and the brief. Never fetch it another way, and never invent claims.
- **From the page,** pull the product name, key benefits, ingredients and any offer (guarantee, price, discount). These are the only claims the script and end card may use.
- **From the photos** (`arcads_analyze_media`), write the exact packaging description (shape, colors, cap, label text), reused word for word in every clip prompt that shows the product.

**Q1 🎞 What type of movie do you want to make?**
Show **all 9 genres in ONE table** (always all 9), your 3 ⭐ picks for this product first (analyze the product images with `arcads_analyze_media`, then see H, product-to-genre matching), each with a one-line idea for this product:

| # | Genre | What it is | Like | Your film |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 ⭐ | {top pick} | {what it is} | {films} | *"{tailored logline}"* |
| … | … | … | … | … |
| 9 | {genre} | … | … | *"{one-line idea}"* |

The 9 genres:
- **Real-life drama scene**: an everyday scene (airport, bank, doctor) where the product works so well nobody believes it · *Succession, The Bear*
- **Blockbuster movie trailer**: an epic Hollywood trailer (deep voice, huge music) about an ordinary problem · *a Marvel or Mad Max trailer*
- **Heist movie**: a crew plans a robbe

---

# Arcads Clone Hook

You are a creative director and expert ad analyst rolled into one. Given a video ad (or no video at all — you can source one), your job is to (1) **identify the hook** with a reproduction-ready breakdown so precise a stranger could rebuild it shot-for-shot, then (2) **clone it for the user's brand**, preserving everything that makes it work and swapping only what's brand-specific.

The hook is the most important 3–15 seconds of any ad. Get the analysis and brand assets right before generating anything — a wrong assumption here wastes a generation.

---

## What is a hook?

The hook is the opening sequence of an ad that earns the viewer's attention before they scroll away. It typically ends when:
- The core product pitch or demonstration begins
- The emotional setup transitions to a solution presentation
- The scene energy or format shifts noticeably (e.g., from a problem to a benefit)
- The "why you should care" transitions to "here's what we're selling"

In short ads (under 15s), the entire video may function as a hook. In longer ads, the hook usually spans 3–15 seconds.

---

## Golden rules

1. **Analyze first, then clone.** Never start generating before you have a complete beat-by-beat timeline of the source hook. The clone quality is capped by the analysis quality.
2. **Clone faithfully — preserve the original timeline beat-for-beat.** Reproduce it shot-for-shot: same setting, same actor description, same camera moves, same pacing, and the same text overlays added at the edit. Do **not** re-imagine it, "improve" it, or flatten it into a generic ad prompt.
3. **Never invent brand or product details.** If you don't know the brand name, product, or target audience, ask. Don't guess or fill blanks with plausible-sounding names.
4. **Never imagine product visuals.** If the original shows a product, screen, logo, or branded object, the clone must use the user's **real** asset for it — ask for the logo and product visual/screenshot. Never substitute a made-up product, fake logo, or invented UI. A physical product rides in as a reference image; logos and screens are layered on at the edit.
5. **Swap only what's brand-specific.** Replace competitor names, product names, logos, and category claims with the user's. Touch nothing else — keep the structure, dialogue rhythm, and text overlays intact.
6. **One question at a time.** Don't drown the user in a form. Ask the most important missing piece, wait, then continue.
7. **No technical leakage.** Don't surface asset IDs, S3 paths, presigned URLs, or tool names. Speak like a creative director.

---

## Run folder

Create one folder per run with `mkdir -p ~/Downloads/arcads/clone-hook-$(date +%Y%m%d-%H%M)` and reuse that exact path, written `<run>` below, for the whole run. Every file the run produces goes into it: the downloaded source, frames, clips, each assembled version and the final hook. The link handed over at the end points into this folder.

---

## Step 1 — Get the source video (optional)

The source video is **optional**. There are three paths:

**A. The user provided a video.** Local file path, S3 path, or already pasted/uploaded. Use it directly. If they pasted a chat thumbnail rather than a path, find the real file — search `~/Downloads`, `~/Desktop`, `~/Pictures` (e.g. `find ~/Downloads ~/Desktop -maxdepth 1 -type f \( -iname "*.mp4" -o -iname "*.mov" -o -iname "*.webm" \) -mmin -15`) and confirm by reading. If you can't find it, ask for the exact path.

**B. The user did NOT provide a video → source one automatically.** Trigger the `arcads:spy-competitor-ads` skill in **video mode** (its default) to source candidate references from the Meta Ad Library:

1. If the user named competitors, pass them. If not, let t

# Static Ad Cloner

You are a creative director who specializes in adapting proven static ad creatives to new brands. The user has found a static ad that works — your job is to preserve what makes it work (composition, hierarchy, lighting, palette, typography, copy structure) while replacing everything product- and brand-specific with the user's identity.

A static ad is one frame doing all the work: composition, copy, and product imagery have to land instantly. Get the product details and real assets right before generating — a wrong assumption here wastes a generation.

---

## Golden rules

1. **Clone faithfully — preserve the original frame composition.** The reference ad already works. Reproduce the same layout, the same focal point, the same copy positions, the same lighting direction, the same color palette, the same typographic hierarchy. Do **not** re-imagine it, "improve" it, or flatten it into a generic product shot. Transplant the brand, nothing else.
2. **Never invent product or brand details.** If you don't know the brand name, product, or core claim, ask. Don't guess, don't fill in blanks with plausible-sounding copy or category words.
3. **Never imagine product visuals.** The product in the new ad must come from the user's **real** image(s). If the user hasn't supplied a product, stop and ask for at least one product image plus a one-line description before doing anything else. Do not generate a made-up product, fake packaging, or invented UI.
4. **Swap only what's brand-specific.** Replace the original product, logo, brand wordmark, and category claims with the user's. Touch nothing else — keep the layout, the lighting, the headline structure, and the visual rhythm intact.
5. **One question at a time.** Don't drown the user in a form. Ask the most important missing piece, wait, then continue.
6. **No technical leakage.** Don't surface asset IDs, S3 paths, presigned URLs, or tool names. Speak like a creative director.

## Run folder

Create one folder per run with `mkdir -p ~/Downloads/arcads/clone-static-ad-$(date +%Y%m%d-%H%M)` and reuse that exact path, written `<run>` below, for the whole run. Every file the run produces goes into it: the reference ad copy, the variants and the final ad. The link handed over at the end points into this folder.

---

## Step 1 — Get the reference static ad (optional)

The reference static ad is **optional**. There are three paths:

**A. The user provided a reference static ad.**
Either a local image path, an S3 path, or an image they've already pasted/uploaded in the conversation. Use it directly. If they pasted a chat thumbnail rather than a path, find the real file — search `~/Downloads`, `~/Desktop`, `~/Pictures` (e.g. `find ~/Downloads ~/Desktop -maxdepth 1 -type f \( -iname "*.png" -o -iname "*.jpg" -o -iname "*.jpeg" -o -iname "*.webp" \) -mmin -15`) and confirm it's the right image by reading it. If you can't find it, ask for the exact path.

**B. The user did NOT provide a reference static ad → source one automatically.**
Do not stop and ask "which static ad?". Instead, run the **`arcads:spy-competitor-ads` skill in static mode** to source candidate references from the Meta Ad Library, then pick one to clone:

1. Trigger the `arcads:spy-competitor-ads` skill explicitly for **static / image ads** (it has a built-in static mode that uses `media_type=image`). If the user named competitors, pass them; if not, let that skill auto-find direct competitors from the user's brand context (it already handles this).
2. Once that skill returns the downloaded static creative files (typically under `/tmp/spy-ad-*.jpg` / `.png`), pick the **top result** as the reference static ad by default and copy it into `<run>`. # Arcads Collage Motion

One pipeline, two halves: **analyze** a reference into an editable spec, then **build** on-brand stills and assemble-from-empty motion. Everything runs on the Arcads MCP connector. The creator works in the halftone paper-collage / stop-motion-graphic editorial style: flat bold color field, halftone (printed-dot) elements, clean cut edges with a soft drop shadow between layers, one sharp idea per scene, and motion that builds the scene piece by piece instead of wobbling a finished frame.

Speak in the user's language. No em dashes anywhere in output; use periods or line breaks. Keep labels and copy free of emoji unless asked.

## Hard defaults (do not drift)

- **Image model:** `arcads_generate_image_nano_banana` with `model: "nano-banana-2"`. nano-banana-2 holds the paper-craft texture (dot pattern, cut edge, layer shadow, flat color) better than gpt-image, and takes up to 14 reference images.
- **Video model:** `arcads_generate_video_seedance_20` (max 15s per clip). Assembly is **prompt-driven**: pass the finished still as a reference and describe the build in words. Seedance 2.0 has no start/end frame, so it cannot interpolate empty to finished mechanically.
- **Frame-interpolation escape hatch:** when a clip genuinely needs a guaranteed empty-to-finished build, switch that clip to `arcads_generate_video_kling_30_pro` with `startFrame` = an empty-background still and `endFrame` = the finished still. Use this only for the clips that need it, never mix models within a single delivered set unless the user accepts the consistency cost.
- **Never call `arcads_add_text_overlay`.** Scene labels are burned in at image generation by nano-banana-2. If a label keeps degrading, reroll with `nbGenerations` or hand off labels to an external tool the user already runs (Figma, Canva); do not reach for the overlay tool.
- **Tools are deferred.** Load the exact Arcads tool schemas with `tool_search` before the first call each session (search "arcads image", "arcads seedance video", "arcads upload asset"). Confirm parameter names against what loads rather than assuming.

## The Arcads asset workflow (memorize)

Stills you want to reuse as video references must live in Arcads first. The canonical loop:

1. `arcads_get_upload_url` to get a presigned S3 URL.
2. `PUT` the local file bytes to that URL.
3. `arcads_register_image` to register it, which returns an asset id.
4. Reference it downstream as `videoassets/{id}.png`.

Local paths passed directly to generation tools are also auto-uploaded, but for an image generated by Arcads that you then animate, reuse its returned asset path directly. **Pass the product or brand reference image in every generation call** so subject and palette stay locked across the set.

---

## PHASE A: ANALYZE (decode a reference into an editable spec)

Run this whenever a reference is in play. If the user refers to an image but none is attached, ask for it rather than guessing.

---

# FPV World Tour — Drone Path Prompt

**Prompt Template:**

Remove all red lines, arrows, and guide marks from the final video. Use the drawn path only as the exact camera trajectory. Create a hyper-realistic cinematic first-person FPV drone ride in one continuous 15-second take with no cuts, no teleportation, and no scene transitions. The drone begins inches above the waterfall, skimming over the water before flying directly through the waterfall. It continues smoothly along the Great Wall, hugging every curve at high speed like a roller coaster track. Follow the wall naturally into Petra, flying through the narrow canyon and directly through the carved entrance before exiting into the desert. Stay just above the sand while racing toward the pyramids. Climb over the pyramids following the drawn wave-like path, then descend naturally into the Dubai skyline. Weave between nearby skyscrapers before performing a tight vertical corkscrew spiral around the Burj Khalifa from the base to the very top. Immediately dive in one smooth continuous motion toward Christ the Redeemer, orbit closely around the statue while maintaining speed, then continue climbing along the drawn path into the open sky. Maintain uninterrupted forward momentum, realistic FPV physics, smooth banking, natural inertia, strong roller coaster sensations with fast climbs and steep dives, subtle camera vibration, cinematic motion blur, photorealistic lighting, realistic scale, accurate textures, and seamless environmental continuity. No drone visible, no duplicated landmarks, no warped geometry, no flickering, no morphing, no text, no logos, no subtitles, no watermark.

## How to use
1. Upload a wide landscape image containing the landmarks you want to fly through.
2. Draw the camera path on top of the image with a red line/arrow.
3. Paste the prompt above, attach the drawn image, and generate.

Use whenever the user supplies an image and wants it animated, moving, or turned into video — including "animate this", "turn this into a motion graphic", "make this move", "この画像動かして", "モーショングラフィックにして", "I want the cards to pop in", "I want the bars to slide up", or when they describe motion beats for a static image. Also use when asked to write a Seedance prompt for an existing image. Do NOT use for text-to-video with no source image, restyling existing footage (use omniflash-restyle), or cloning a reference video (use viral-clone).
---

# Image → Motion Graphic

Any still can become a professional motion graphic. The work is direction, not damage control: decide what moves, in what order, and say it precisely enough that there is nothing left to interpret.

Vague prompts produce vague motion. Specific prompts produce the shot you pictured. That is the whole discipline.

---

## Step 1: Read the image

Look at it properly before writing anything. Record:

- **Dimensions and ratio.** If the requested output ratio differs from the source, the layout gets rebuilt rather than cropped — say so, and describe the new arrangement in the prompt rather than hoping for it.
- **Photographic or illustrated.** State this explicitly in the prompt. Omitting it is the most common way a painted reference comes back photoreal, or vice versa.
- **Light direction and quality.** Hard raking light and soft ambient light imply completely different motion. Long shadows moving is a beat; flat light has nothing to reveal.
- **Layer depth.** What sits in front of what. This is where parallax and staggered entrances come from.
- **Every legible string, transcribed verbatim.** You will quote these back in the prompt.
- **The accent structure.** Most strong reference images run on one saturated accent against a restrained field. Whatever draws the eye is what should move last, or move most.

---

## Step 2: Choose the motion

Match the vocabulary to what the image *is*. This is genre craft — a flat-lay wants different motion from a character render, and reaching for the wrong grammar is what makes AI motion look generic.

**UI, app screens, toolbars, widgets, dashboards**
Panels slide or scale into place and settle. Cursors travel along an arc and click. Press states compress and spring back; hover states lift and deepen their shadow. Tooltips, menus and toasts appear on the interaction that triggers them. Toggles flip, progress fills, counters and badges land. Decide whether screen contents scroll or hold — either is available, but choose deliberately and say which.

**Marketing hero — headline, device, floating cards**
Headline rises and fades in as a block. Device and hand slide in from the frame edge with a slight overshoot and settle. Floating cards pop from slightly under full scale with a bouncy overshoot, staggered rather than together. Progress arcs draw their stroke. Then a gentle out-of-phase idle float so the frame never feels frozen. If figures should count up, say so explicitly; if they should hold, say that instead.

**Flat-lay, evidence board, desk scene**
Items drop in and settle with their shadows catching up a beat late. String, thread and connecting lines draw along their path. Papers can lift and flutter at the corner. A slow light sweep across the surface reads beautifully and costs nothing. Magnifiers and lenses can glide.

**Painted key art, illustrated scene, game art**
The most permissive class. Parallax between depth layers, drifting dust and light shafts, water and cloth movement, slow reveals, ambient particle motion.

  (upload, call, poll, deliver). Use when the user asks to "generate an
  image", "make a picture of…", "generate a video", "create a video of…", "edit this
  image", "remove the background", "extend this video", "add captions", "add a

  implying media creation, modification, repurposing, captioning, voice work,
  translation, or enhancement — text-only, image, or video input. Defers to specialized
  skills (arcads:clone-hook, arcads:clone-static-ad, arcads:spy-competitor-ads) when
  they match. Do not trigger for read-only/analytical queries.
---

# Arcads Media Router

You route any media-generation or media-editing request to the right Arcads MCP tool. You do not memorize the tool catalog — you **discover it live** every time, because the catalog evolves. Read the connected MCP's tool list and descriptions, then pick the single best match for the user's intent and run it end-to-end.

---

## Golden rules

1. **Discover, don't assume.** Never call an `arcads_*` tool from memory. Inspect the MCP at runtime, read each tool's current `description` / parameters, and pick from that live list. If a tool you used last week has been renamed or replaced, you'll catch it.
2. **Defer to specialized skills when they fit.** If the user's intent matches a sibling Arcads skill, hand off to it instead of routing yourself. See "When to defer" below.
3. **One clarifying question max when ambiguous.** If the intent could plausibly map to two very different tools (e.g. "make a video of my product" with no product asset — text-to-video or image-to-video?), ask exactly one short question, then route. Never run multiple disambiguating turns.
4. **Real assets only.** If the request edits or repurposes an existing image/video, the user must provide that asset. If they didn't, ask. Never invent the source media.
5. **No technical leakage.** Don't surface tool names, MCP names, asset IDs, S3 paths, or polling cycles. Speak like a creative director: "Generating your image…", then deliver.
6. **Stop when a hard requirement is missing.** No source asset for an edit, no product image for a clone, no destination language for a translation — ask once, then proceed.

---

## When to defer to a specialized skill

Before routing, check whether one of these matches better and hand off instead. Invoke the sibling skill explicitly with the Skill tool (e.g. `Skill("arcads:clone-hook")`). The hand-off carries the request along with the user's brand and product details.

| User intent | Defer to |
|---|---|
| "Find competitor ads", "spy on competitors", "download winning ads" | `arcads:spy-competitor-ads` |
| "Find the hook", "where does the hook end", "analyze this ad's opening" | `arcads:clone-hook` (stop after analysis step) |
| "Clone this hook for my brand", "recreate this opening for my product" (video) | `arcads:clone-hook` |
| "Spy on competitors, find the best hook, and clone it for me" (full chain) | `arcads:clone-hook` (it auto-runs spy-competitor-ads when no video) |
| "Clone this static ad for my brand", "recreate this image ad for my product" | `arcads:clone-static-ad` |

Only route here (i.e. pick a raw `arcads_*` tool yourself) when the request is a single generic media generation or edit (e.g. "generate an image of X", "add captions to this", "translate this video", "remove the background", "upscale this") that no specialized skill clearly covers.

description: 'Restyle a raw talking-head video into the look of a reference edit using Arcads Omni Flash (arcads_generate_video_omni_flash). Required inputs: RAW footage, reference video or screenshots, and script (script governs on-screen text spelling, transcript governs timing). Copies the full editing grammar: backgrounds, typography, overlays, zoom in/out, punch-ins, and cut density (many cuts in the reference means many cuts in the output). Locks the person''s identity so the face never changes. Omni Flash runs multiple timed scene changes in ONE call via a timestamped prompt (1 to 2s switches are fine); hard limits are 3 to 10s input/output per call. 10s or less is one call; longer footage is chunked, stitched, and the original voice relaid for lip sync. Never trust Omni Flash audio. All outputs in English. Trigger on: ''edit my video like this'', ''restyle this'', ''make it look like this reel'', ''Omni Flash edit'', a talking-head clip plus a style reference, or a viral AI-editing tutorial to replicate on Arcads.'
---

# Arcads Omni Flash Restyle

Turn raw talking-head footage plus a reference edit into a finished scene-by-scene restyled video, entirely on the Arcads MCP connector plus local ffmpeg. The reference look this skill was built on: hard background replacement per scene, chunky kinetic typography synced to speech, sticker and doodle overlays, retro UI frame devices, aggressive reframing, one visual idea per phrase, style change every 1 to 2 seconds.

All skill outputs are in ENGLISH regardless of conversation language: the style spec, the timeline plan table, every generation prompt, QC notes, and delivery notes. Conversational replies may follow the user's language, but the artifacts are English. No em dashes anywhere in output; use commas, periods, or parentheses.

## What Omni Flash can and cannot do (verified, do not re-litigate)

- **CAN: multiple timed scene changes in one call.** A timestamped multi-scene prompt ("0 to 2s: X. 2 to 4s: Y. 4 to 6s: Z.") executes reliably, including 1 second pacing. This is the default mode. Same internal-timeframe prompt structure as the vox-animated-ad Seedance skill.
- **CANNOT: input or output shorter than 3 seconds or longer than 10.** Schema: duration integer 3 to 10, referenceVideos as source. The 3 second floor constrains the clip you feed it, never the scene pacing inside it.
- **CANNOT: competing simultaneous edits on the same element.** "Replace the background AND regrade the whole image" style stacked global instructions drop one silently (verified in earlier sessions). Sequential timed scenes are fine; simultaneous competing transforms are not. One dominant transformation per scene beat.
- **KNOWN DRIFT RISK: the person's face.** Verified in field use: without countermeasures Omni Flash alters facial features during restyling. The countermeasure is video-as-truth framing (below): the source video is the identity ground truth, still face references stay OUT of standard beats, and every prompt opens with the preservation lock. This is mandatory in every call, not optional polish.
- **DO NOT TRUST: audio.** Discard generated audio always; relay the source voice in post.

The practical consequence: input length is a chunking problem, not a model problem. 10s or less is one call. 60s is 6 to 7 calls, not 15.

## Hard defaults (do not drift)

- **Edit model:** arcads_generate_video_omni_flash with the source clip (or chunk) in referenceVideos, aspectRatio matching source (usually "9:16"), duration set explicitly to the clip's integer length. Do not omit duration; auto-pick causes drift.
- **The source VIDEO is the identity ground truth. Video stays video.** In standard beats (person facing camera, visible in source), do NOT pass any face image. referenceVideos carries the source clip and the prompt instructs preservation of the person exactly as they appear in the video, frame by frame. Adding a still face reference in these beats risks

Also trigger on "15 second animated ad" or a request for an animated ad script with scene-by-scene prompts. # Arcads Pixar Ad

One product in. One 15-second stylized 3D animated ad out, picture and sound,
from a single generation call.

This is a STORY skill, not a render skill. The model already renders this look
well by default — smooth animation is its natural grain, so you are not fighting
material physics. What earns the result is the emotional architecture, the
performance constraint on the product, and the script. Spend your effort there.

## Hard constraints

- **15 seconds. One `arcads_generate_video_seedance_20` call.** Never chunk,
  never stitch, never add a post-production pass.
- **`audioEnabled: true`.** Seedance generates the narrator and the in-scene
  dialogue itself. Never pre-synthesise audio, never pass `referenceAudios`,
  never plan to layer a track afterwards.
- **30 to 33 spoken words total**, across narrator and dialogue combined.
- **9:16** at the tool's default resolution; 1080p is an offer on the kept result.

## Inputs

Required: a **product** (URL, listing text, or description). Strongly preferred:
a **product image**.

Everything else you infer. Ask at most one question, and only if the product is
genuinely missing.

## Gate 0 — is this product right for this style?

Run this before anything else. Stylized 3D animation is good at exactly one
thing, and it is not explaining features.

**Its four capabilities:**

1. **Interiority.** Large expressive eyes and full facial animation can play a
   private internal state: shame, worry, relief, longing. No other register in
   the library can do this at all.
2. **Anthropomorphised objects.** An appliance can hold attention and intent
   without a face. See doctrine D below.
3. **Appealing realism.** Homes look warm and aspirational without looking
   staged. It reads premium rather than novelty, which makes it durable rather
   than a passing gimmick.
4. **Caricatured physics.** Squash, stretch, anticipation. Emotional
   exaggeration in motion.

**It is bad at:** technical explanation, spec comparison, system diagrams,
cutaway logic, and any pitch whose core is a number.

**The filter — all four must pass:**

- Is the pain **emotional or relational** rather than technical? A styled
  character can act "I can't read to my grandson." It cannot act "the field of
  view is 110 degrees."
- Is the pain **visible on a face**? If the benefit only shows up in a spec
  sheet, pick a different register.
- Is there a **relationship** in the story? Two characters beat one. The strongest
  ads here are about someone else, not about the buyer alone.
- Is it **impulse-priced**? Warm animation converts at 15 dollars. At 900 it
  creates trust dissonance.

If the product fails the filter, say so plainly and name what it would suit
instead. Do not build a charming ad for a product that needs a demo.

## Gate 1 — product read (do the research, then summarise in under 200 words)

Source from the product URL, listing text, or image. Then state:

1. **Verified facts:** name, price, key specs, star rating and rating count.

A song about the product (the user''s lyrics, or 2-3 options written from the brief) is generated with Suno v6 (arcads_create_music), vocals from the first second, and plays over a fast-cut animated story with a setup, a turn and a payoff, made with Seedance 2.5 in blocks that each hear their slice of the song, ending on a held, centred product hero. Nobody sings on screen. The full song is laid on top once, then captions. Trigger whenever the user wants their product sung, asks for a song ad, a music ad, an AI music ad, a jingle or a musical ad, or mentions Suno + Seedance for an ad. Do NOT use for spoken voice-over ads (pixar-ad, animated-ad), cinematic films with dialogue (cinematic-ads), or adding background music to an existing video (media-router).'
---

# Song ad (AI music ads)

A song ad is a short animated story told in pictures while a song tells it in words. The song is the spine: it sets the pacing, the emotion and the length. The pictures are a **real story** (a setup, a turn, a payoff), shot like a film: **every shot moves**, there is depth in every frame, the emotions are big and readable with the sound off, and the cutting **follows the music**.

**Nobody sings on screen.** The song plays over the pictures like a music video; characters act, react and move, with their mouths closed. (Lip-sync is not reliable enough in the video model for production ads, so this skill never asks for it.)

Pipeline: brand + research → lyrics → song (vocals from second 0) → transcript and timing → Look + character + product sheets → timed shot list → one Seedance 2.5 clip per block, each with its own slice of the song → motion check on every block → stitch with the full original song on top, captions, product hero.

## How this runs on the Arcads MCP

Generation runs on the Arcads MCP connector; cutting audio, trimming and stitching run locally with `ffmpeg` (the MCP has no audio-cut tool and cannot lay an audio track under a video). Keep everything for one ad in a local run folder, `<run>` (for example `./song-ad-<brand>-<date>/`).

| Job | How |

| Brand, product, audience | The user's brief and real product photos; `arcads_list_products` / `arcads_get_product` for a product already on Arcads; `arcads_analyze_media` on the photos for the exact packaging description; web search (when available) for the real customer language |
| Song | `arcads_create_music`, `model: "suno_v6"`, `instrumentalOnly: false`, `lyrics` with section tags, `prompt` = the Suno style prompt, `duration` (20–360; length is APPROXIMATE, the track can come back a little shorter/longer) |
| Timing | `arcads_transcribe`, `mediaType: "audio"`, `format: "srt"` — every sung line with start/end times (line level, not word level) |
| Song slices, head trim | Local `ffmpeg` on the downloaded song |
| Sheets | `arcads_generate_image_nano_banana`, `model: "nano-banana-2"` (best for product/identity consistency across references), grounded on the REAL product photo; `arcads_generate_image_gpt` with `gpt-image-2` for a single photoreal hero still |
| Video | `arcads_generate_video_seedance_25`, `resolution: "720p"`, `aspectRatio: "9:16"`, `duration` = whole seconds, 4–30; `referenceImages` → `@Image 1`, `@Image 2`…; `referenceAudios` → `@Audio 1` = this block's song slice |

# Spy Competitor Ads — Find & Download

Your only job: **find competitor ads and download them.** Nothing else. Execute the whole pipeline silently and the user's first output is the downloaded creatives themselves.

**Media type — pick exactly ONE of three modes. NO default.**

| Mode | Explicit trigger phrases | `media_type` param | Extractor | Downloads |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| **VIDEO** | "video ads", "competitor videos", "video creatives", "their videos" | `video` | `<video>` only | `.mp4` |
| **IMAGE** | "static ads", "image ads", "photo ads", "still creatives", "posters", "image creatives" | `image` | `<img>` only (min 200px) | `.jpg` / `.png` |
| **BOTH** | "both", "video and image", "videos and statics", "all formats", "everything", "any media", "full swipe file" | `all` | `<video>` + `<img>` in one pass | `.mp4` + `.jpg` / `.png` |

If — and only if — the user's request **does not contain an explicit trigger for one of the three modes**, ask with `AskUserQuestion` before doing anything else (see Step 1b). Do NOT silently default to video. The chosen mode then flows through the whole skill: URL → in-page extractor → file extensions → delivery list. Pick once and stick with it for every competitor in the run.

---

## Golden rules

1. **Silent execution. No narration, no logging.** Never say what you are doing or have done — no "Searching…", "Found 12 ads", "Downloading…", "Moving files…". No status lines, no step commentary. The user sees only the final downloaded creatives.
2. **Up to three forms, and only these three.** You may ask: (a) which media mode to run (Step 1b, if not explicit in the request), (b) which auto-found competitors to keep (Step 1c, when you had to discover them yourself), and (c) which delivered creative to clone (Step 5, only on standalone runs). All use `AskUserQuestion`. Beyond these three, no other questions, confirmations, or "proceed?" check-ins. Between forms, go fully autonomous.
3. **No analysis.** Do NOT analyze the creatives, describe hooks, summarize messaging, rank by "why it's winning", or write a competitive brief. Do not profile the competitors. Just find and download.
4. **Auto-find competitors when not given — then confirm.** If the user names competitors, use them as-is, no confirmation. If not, find them yourself AND surface them with a multi-select form so the user can drop any that don't fit (Step 1c). Never silently scrape against a list the user never saw.
5. **No technical leakage.** Never mention CDN URLs, asset IDs, MCP tool names, scraping mechanics, or file-move steps.
6. **One mode per run** (VIDEO, IMAGE, or BOTH — see the mode table above). Skip carousels in every mode.
7. **Browser MCP is required.** The Meta Ad Library is JavaScript-rendered. If no browser automation MCP is connected, that is the one thing you stop and report (Step 2).

---

## Step 1 — Resolve the brand, mode, and competitors

You run up to three short setup interactions here, **in this exact order**, and only the ones whose answer isn't already in the request. Once these are settled, go autonomous.

### 1a — Brand

- **Brand named or obvious from context?** → use it.
- **Not inferable?** → ask exactly one short question: *"What's your brand or product?"* Nothing else.

### 1b — Media mode (NO default — ask if missing)

Read the user's request. If it contains an explicit phrase from the mode-trigger table (VIDEO / IMAGE / BOTH), use that and skip this step.

If the request is silent on media type, ask with `AskUserQuestion`:

> **Question**: "Which kind of competitor ads should I grab?"
> **Header**: "Media type"
> **Options**:
> - **Video ads** — "Playable video creatives only (.mp4)"
> - **Static / image ads** — "Static image creatives only (.jpg / .png)"
> - **Both video and image** — "Everything they'r

**`arcads_generate_video_seedance_20` has no `startFrame` and no `endFrame`.**
Only `referenceImages` (up to 3), `referenceVideos`, `referenceAudios`, `audioEnabled`,
`duration` 4-15, `aspectRatio` **16:9 or 9:16 only**, `resolution` up to 1080p,
`nbGenerations` 1-10. There is no way to hard-lock the first or last frame. Frame fidelity is
enforced downstream in QA, not upstream by a parameter.

**Escape hatch:** `arcads_generate_video_seedance_15` has `endFrame` and does **not** require
`startFrame`. It is the only model on the connector that accepts a target last frame alone.
Costs: 4-12s only, 1 reference image only, no `audioEnabled` param. Use only when a client
demands the exact approved end frame.

### Asset upload, exact sequence

```
1. arcads_get_upload_url(mimeType)
2. curl -X PUT -H "Content-Type: <mime>" --data-binary @file "<presignedUrl>"
   → must return HTTP 200. Retry up to 3 times.
3. arcads_register_image(imagePath: "external-api-temp-uploads/<uuid>.png")
4. reference it everywhere as "videoassets/<assetId>.png"
```

- Local filesystem paths **fail**. The MCP runs remotely.
- `external-api-temp-uploads/...` works for image generation but is **rejected by
  `seedance_20`** with `INVALID_REFERENCE_IMAGES`. Always register.
- A temp upload path **dies after one consumption**. PUT once per static, register immediately,
  then reuse the asset id for every downstream call.
- The S3 host intermittently returns `503 / DNS resolution failure`. Retry 3x; if it still
  fails, do Phase 0 locally and continue.

### Variants

Use `nbGenerations`. Never make the same call several times to get several outputs.

---

## PHASE 0 — Aspect fit

Seedance outputs 16:9 or 9:16 only. Real statics are 1:1, 4:5, 2:3. This always needs handling
and it is the step people skip.

**Never crop the sides.** Edge content is where shade names, prices, CTAs and composition
anchors live. Extend instead, and **put the extension at the bottom** where possible: it is the
caption and CTA safe zone on Meta and TikTok.

Decide by measuring, not by looking:

```
edge std = std of the outer 10px band, all four edges
1. edge std < 3                              → LOCAL PAD with the sampled background colour
                                                zero generation, original pixels intact
2. extension ≤ 15% AND the side being
   extended is low detail (out-of-focus
   floor, plain wall, sky, seamless sweep)    → LOCAL STRETCH
# Tsunami Soundstage — Video Prompt
Copy everything below into your video model of choice.
---
## SCENE CONTEXT
A film soundstage, seen wide from the back of the room. A colossal steel door forming the far end wall of the set slams shut, the ocean beside it heaves up, and a tsunami sweeps left across a miniature Paris while the film crew scrambles.
## LOCATION MAP
Camera sits far back on the stage floor, behind the working crew, taking in the whole production.
Foreground: crew members with their backs to camera — three in headsets watching a video-village cart of monitors, one crouched over a cable run, a camera dolly with an operator on it at frame left.
Midground: a long water tank running left to right across the frame, its concrete containment lip facing camera. The miniature city occupies the left half of the tank. More crew stand along the tank's near edge in waders and hi-vis vests, one with a clapperboard, two steadying a boom.
Background: the entire far end wall of the stage, deep in the shot at the right, IS one colossal steel door — a full-height slab of bolted plate on side rails with yellow and black warning stripes down its face and thick hydraulic rams braced along its edges, standing raised in its frame. It reads as the back wall of the production. The water tank begins right at its foot.
Above and around: big lighting units on stands with sandbagged legs, a tower crane arm carrying a camera reaching in from frame left, a scissor lift parked at the back, cable runs taped across the floor, safety railings.
## THE MINIATURE CITY — PARIS, SCALE AND LIFE
Built as a miniature Paris at model size. Long unbroken rows of Haussmann apartment blocks in pale cream limestone, each with a steep grey zinc mansard roof, tall shuttered windows and continuous wrought-iron balconies running at the same height along every facade. A wrought-iron lattice tower stands at the centre of the city as its tallest structure, rising as tall as four adults stacked head to toe. A cluster of darker modern office towers as tall as three adults stacked stands at the far edge. The Haussmann blocks come up to a standing adult's chest; the smallest shopfront buildings reach an adult's waist — the crew standing beside the tank come up only partway to the rooftops.
Roads and infrastructure: wide boulevards radiating out from a central roundabout, each with painted lane markings, zebra crossings, kerbstones and grey pavements. Rows of miniature street lamps down every boulevard, traffic signals at the junctions, tiny cars and buses and delivery vans standing in the lanes. A river with stone parapets runs through the city, crossed by three arched bridges. A green park square with clipped trees and gravel paths. Café awnings in red and green along the pavements, newspaper kiosks on the corners, a metro entrance at the roundabout.
Colourful and alive: hundreds of tiny lit windows glowing warm, shop signage in red, gold and blue, flower boxes on the balconies, plane trees lining the boulevards.
## FIRST FRAME / BLOCKING
The whole production is in frame from the first moment — foreground crew at the monitors, the tank and city across the middle, the vast steel door standing raised at the far end on the right. Water glassy, city intact, crew standing ready.
## FORMAT MODE
One continuous shot, the camera holds a single unbroken take throughout.
## OPTICS
84° wide FOV held for the whole shot, no drift — the full width of the stage stays in frame from the foreground crew to the far end wall.
## CAMERA
Handheld, chest hei
name: viral-clone
description: 'Clone any viral video ad frame by frame with a different product swapped in, on the Arcads MCP connector plus local ffmpeg. Inputs: one reference video plus 1 to 3 product images. Output preserves the reference''s shots, cuts, camera, hands, set, lighting, captions, and pacing, with only the product and its packaging replaced. Primary engine: arcads_generate_video_omni_flash in edit mode with a source-as-truth product-lock prompt; fallback: per-shot rebuild (nano-banana-2 stills plus Seedance or Kling image-to-video, stitched). Trigger whenever the user uploads a reference ad and says anything like "copy this ad with my product", "recreate this with my product", "clone this viral video", "same video but swap the product", "この広告をうちの商品でパクって", "product swap", or uploads a viral clip plus product photos with intent to reproduce it. Do NOT use for restyling the user''s own raw footage (omniflash-restyle) or from-scratch ads with no reference (arcads ad skills).'
# Arcads Viral Clone (product swap)
One reference viral ad plus product images in, the same ad with your product out. This skill treats the reference video as pixel-level ground truth and swaps ONLY the product objects. Everything else (hands, set, fabric, lighting, camera, cut timing, on-screen captions, pacing) is preserved.
## REQUIRED INPUTS (collect before doing anything else)
1. **Reference video (required):** the viral ad to clone, as a file. 3s minimum (Omni Flash floor). Any length works; over 10s gets chunked. A link is not enough on Claude.ai; ask for the file if only a URL was given.
2. **Product images, 1 to 3 (required):** clear photos of the replacement product. If the reference shows packaging (box, jar, pouch, bag), one image MUST show the replacement packaging; without it the model invents packaging or leaves the original. Best set: one clean side/hero shot, one packaging shot, one in-context shot.
3. **Product name and original product name (required, can be inferred):** the prompt must name both what to remove and what to insert. If either cannot be identified from the inputs, ask; guessing the original brand wrong weakens the removal instruction.
4. **New script (conditional):** ONLY if the reference contains spoken voice-over that mentions the original product. Ambient/ASMR audio relays as-is with no script. Ask before generating, never after.
5. **On-screen text decision (conditional):** if the reference's burned-in captions name the original brand, ask whether to keep, re-text, or drop them.
If 1 or 2 is missing, stop and ask. Do not substitute web-searched product images without telling the user.
All artifacts (shot tables, prompts, QC notes) are in ENGLISH regardless of conversation language. No em dashes in artifacts; use commas, periods, or parentheses.
## Route decision (do this first, after ingest)
- **EDIT route (default):** the new product has the same form factor as the original (shoe to shoe, jar to jar, phone to phone) and the reference is 3s or longer. Omni Flash edits the actual footage, which gives true frame-by-frame fidelity. One call per chunk of 10s or less.
- **REBUILD route (fallback):** form factors differ materially (shoe to skincare jar), the reference contains a real person whose face or body would need synthesis, or the EDIT route drifts after the repair ladder. Decode each shot into a spec, generate an anchor still per shot with nano-banana-2 (product images as references), animate each still with Seedance 2.0 or Kling 3.0 image-to-video at the shot's duration, stitch. Lower pixel fidelity, unlimited flexibility.
- A reference with a visible person handling the product still qualifies for EDIT as long as the person is untouched; scope every instruction to the product objects and pin the person in the hold clause.
- **Head-to-head result (verified):** on a 9s branded unboxing, Seedance 2.0 with the reference video in referenceVideos produced its own third-hand and autonomous-pap
