Bezpieczna Kancelaria is practice-management software for Polish law offices. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your own account, so you can work with the matters, calendar and correspondence of your law office in conversation, also by voice. What it can do: - Agenda and hearings: your day or period from the office calendar, court hearings and connected calendars. - Matters: the matters you are allowed to see, a matter's card and its timeline. - Matter files: the text of documents and transcripts of recordings, in portions, plus saved summaries and recording findings when the office already has them. - Rooms: which conference rooms are free for a meeting, or each room's hours and bookings for a day. - Meetings: prepare a new meeting in your calendar; it is saved only after you explicitly confirm the exact details read back to you. Nobody is invited. - Messages you dictate: an email to a client of a matter, a message to a colleague in your office, or a message to the Bezpieczna Kancelaria team - a question, a suggestion or a problem. Each message is read back to you in full and sent only after your explicit "yes". An email to a client is saved in the matter file. - People: the people of your office with their role and contact details, so you can choose whom to write to. - Office vault: connect to your office, check whether the vault is open and close it on request. How access works: - An existing Bezpieczna Kancelaria account is required. You sign in with your own password, and the office must have enabled ChatGPT and granted you access. - Office data is available only while the office vault is open. It closes on its own after a period without questions; then you sign in again. - You see exactly what you can see in Bezpieczna Kancelaria. Matters the office closed to assistants are invisible. - Recipients come only from the office records: a client from the matter's client file, a colleague from the office's own people. The plugin never sends to an address typed or spoken in the conversation. Emails to clients require a separate function granted by the office. - The plugin deletes nothing and changes no invoices, deadlines or documents. It adds only what you confirmed: a meeting or a message. Limitations: office data is mostly in Polish. Messages are sent from the Bezpieczna Kancelaria address with your name and your office's name, and replies go to your own email address; attachments are not supported. A sent message cannot be recalled. The plugin does not give legal advice; it reads and organizes the office's own material for the lawyer. Closing the vault stops further access; it does not remove what was already shown in the conversation.
