Description
From the marketplace listing
Connect ChatGPT to BrokerForBoat, the CRM for yacht brokers. Create boat listings from notes or spec sheets with texts in each of your languages, add photos, and publish them on your WordPress website and the boat portals (Boat24, TodoBarco, Band of Boats, Yachtall and more). Follow up on buyer enquiries: see what you have today, read conversations, save draft replies for review, add notes and tasks, move leads through your pipeline and check your lead statistics. New listings are always drafts and emails are never sent by ChatGPT.

name: create-boat-listing
description: Use when the broker wants to create a new boat listing in BrokerForBoat from notes, a spec sheet, documents or photos, add its photos and publish it on their website and portals.
---
1. Call `get-account` to learn the company's listing languages (the first one is the default and needs a title), the enabled portals and whether the user can create boats.
2. Collect the data from the broker's material. Required: year, length (m), type (motor or sail), condition (new or used), price and country. Only use data the broker gave you; ask for anything missing instead of guessing.
3. Write a title and description for each of the company's languages and call `create-boat`. The boat is created as a draft.
4. Photos:
- Public links: `add-boat-photos-from-urls`.
- Files on the broker's computer, if you can read and send them: `get-photo-upload-urls`, upload each file to its link, then `arrange-boat-photos`.
- Otherwise, give the broker the upload link from `get-boat` (`links.upload_photos`).
5. Show the broker a summary (`get-boat`) and ask for confirmation before publishing.
6. Once the broker confirms, call `set-boat-status` with `published` and, if they asked, `set-boat-portals` with the chosen portals.

name: daily-leads-and-replies
description: Use when the broker asks what they have to do today, which buyers are waiting for a reply, or wants help answering a buyer enquiry.
---
1. Call `get-my-day` to list today's and overdue tasks, buyers waiting for a reply and new leads.
2. To reply to a buyer, first read the lead with `get-lead` (enquiry, conversation, notes).
3. Write the reply in the buyer's language, specific to the boat. Do not promise prices, dates or conditions the broker has not confirmed; ask the broker if needed.
4. Save it with `draft-lead-reply`. It is not sent: tell the broker that the reply is pre-filled in BrokerForBoat for them to review and send.
5. If the broker asks, add a note (`add-lead-note`), a follow-up task (`create-lead-task`) or move the lead to another stage (`set-lead-status`; for "lost", ask for the reason).
---
name: lead-performance-report
description: Use when the broker asks how their leads are going: number of enquiries, response time, conversion, sources/portals, lost reasons or most enquired boats.
---
1. Pick the period the broker asks for: 30, 90 or 365 days (default 30).
2. Call `get-lead-stats` with `days`.
3. Summarise: leads received compared with the previous period, median first response time and % answered within 24 h, won leads and conversion, the top sources, the main lost reasons and the most enquired boats.
4. Point out one or two concrete actions, for example slow responses or a portal that brings no leads. Use `search-leads` if the broker wants to see the leads behind a figure.
