Description
From the marketplace listing
BULLS CRM is a CRM built for outbound phone prospecting teams (SDR/BDR), made in France by Bullaria.
With this plugin, a team owner can ask ChatGPT to:
- report on the team's activity over a period (calls, notes, emails, tasks, appointments booked per agent);
- count leads by status, project or agent, and search leads by name, company, city, email or phone;
- read a full lead record with contacts, history and opportunities;
- list missions, appointments and sales, overdue tasks and saved Smart Views.
Lead records, the pipeline and team activity are shown as interactive BULLS CRM cards in the conversation, with a link to open the record in the CRM.
If the owner granted write access when connecting, ChatGPT can also move leads through the pipeline (up to 50 at a time, each change noted in the lead history), add notes and follow-up tasks, fix contact details, add new leads to the unassigned pool (duplicates skipped), hand leads over from one agent to another (preview first), and save filtered Smart Views.
Access is limited to the user's own company, with the same permissions as in the CRM. The owner chooses read-only or read and write at connection time and can disconnect at any time from the CRM. Agents can connect only if the owner allows it, and then only see their own leads and tasks. The plugin never deletes data and never sends emails. Every change is signed "via AI assistant" in the lead history and logged on the server.
Requires a BULLS CRM account. Interface and data are in French.
