Cote R (CRC) Québec helps college (CEGEP) students in Quebec estimate their R-score (cote de rendement au collégial, CRC) with the official Bureau de coopération interuniversitaire (BCI) formula CRC = ((Zcol × IDGZ) + IFGZ + 5) × 5, and explains in plain language how it is built: the Z-score, the group indicators IFGZ and IDGZ, unit weighting, failures and admission thresholds. All calculations are deterministic and every tool is read-only: nothing is stored, no account is needed and no personal identifier is requested. Because the real group indices (IFGZ, IDGZ) are not published to students, the R-score is returned as a clearly flagged estimate without group correction rather than a definitive number — the official CRC is the one produced by the ministry's system. The connector also provides two standard grade utilities: a credit/unit-weighted average, and the grade needed on a remaining exam to reach a target final grade. It is a calculation and information tool, not an official admission decision, and it does not call external services or read files.

Initial release. Cote R (CRC) Québec estimates and explains the Quebec college R-score (CRC / cote R) with the official BCI formula ((Zcol × IDGZ) + IFGZ + 5) × 5, and provides two deterministic student grade calculators: a credit/unit-weighted average and the grade needed on a remaining exam to reach a target. The four tools (calculer_cote_r, expliquer_cote_r, moyenne_ponderee, note_requise_examen) are read-only and stateless. Without the real group indices (IFGZ, IDGZ), which the ministry does not publish to students, the R-score is returned as an estimate without group correction, clearly flagged; the official CRC is the one produced by the ministry's system.
