Every review in one inbox countrymanager brings every App Store and Google Play review of your apps together and lets you work through them in conversation. Open a review in full, with its translation, its sentiment, the tags it carries, your team's notes and whatever has already been answered. What reviewers keep raising Recent reviews are clustered into themes, each kept with the reviews that are its evidence. Store ratings come country by country, so you can see which markets pull the average down. Replies you approve Draft a reply in the reviewer's language. A draft stays a draft: it lands in the inbox for a teammate to read and reaches no store. Sending is a separate permission an admin switches on. What the connection reaches You pick one organization when you sign in and choose what to grant: reading reviews, drafting replies, or sending them. Translating the app itself Pick one of the organization's localization projects when you sign in, and the same connection opens the app's own text, whether it ships on iOS, Android or as JSON for a web build: every phrase in each language it ships, what is still missing, and a glossary of terms to keep consistent. AI can draft a missing translation, and only a person marks it verified.
