Publisher full description
Counzel for Exact Online answers questions about a company's Exact Online books from the books themselves. Ask for the cash position and forecast, what customers owe and what is owed to suppliers, the profit and loss, balance sheet and trial balance, key figures and a breakdown of any figure, budget against actuals, the Belgian VAT return and tax calendar, the month-end close checks, invoices and journal items, sales and purchase orders, items, stock, slow movers and margins, projects and timesheets, manufacturing orders and bills of materials, subscriptions, the documents filed on a record, open CRM opportunities and matching suggestions for unreconciled payments. Every figure is computed by Counzel from the posted ledger, never estimated by the model.
With the person's confirmation it can also make changes in Exact Online: a quotation, a purchase order, a customer invoice, a supplier bill, a customer or supplier and their delivery address, an item and its prices, a payment reminder. Each change is a separate tool that ChatGPT asks about before it runs, and the company can switch changes off entirely.
Who it is for: owners, finance staff and accountants of small and medium-sized companies that keep their books in Exact Online, with Belgian VAT and tax rules built in.
What you need: a Counzel account with the company's Exact Online administration connected under Settings, Connections. Counzel reads only the administrations the signed-in person has access to. It does not delete records, move money or send anything without a separate confirmation.
