CoverCount Staff
CloudScope v1.0.0
Publisher description
From the marketplace listing
CoverCount brings your venue’s reservation and event operations into ChatGPT, helping authorized staff prepare for service and handle everyday guest requests through conversation. Get a summary of upcoming reservations, guest counts, large parties and recorded birthdays or anniversaries. Review event registrations, check-ins and revenue where permitted. Check availability, create reservations that require no payment, update or cancel existing bookings, and assign or move tables. Staff can also send individual operational SMS messages to reservation guests. When ChatGPT drafts or edits a message, you review and confirm the text before it is sent. Event visibility and capacity changes, along with recovery of existing cancellation refunds, require review and approval in CoverCount. CoverCount works with your connected venue and respects your staff role, granted permissions and consent.
